Gute Lage, aber unprofessionelles Personal
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption sollte vielleicht überlegen, dass man eine Person eincheckt, ihre Anliegen bearbeitet und dann Fragen oder Anliegen von anderen Personen beantwortet. So hat das Einchecken Ewigkeiten gedauert und wenn man die Person darauf anspricht, werden einem die Unterlagen zurückgegeben und man wird nicht weiter beachtet. So etwas habe ich noch in keiner Unterkunft erlebt. Die Person hat uns dann keine Bettwäsche gegeben und weitere Fehler gemacht, ohne sich zu entschuldigen. Außerdem wurde eine Säuberung nach 4 Tagen angemeldet und es ist niemand gekommen.

Die Lage, das Personal und die Organisation.

Cons:

Im Zimmer waren die Vorhänge kaputt und in der Dusche lief das Wasser bei Nutzung des Wasserhahns im Waschbecken raus. Dabei wurden Schmutz und Haare in die Dusche gespült - lief mit Duschwasser wieder zurück in den Abfluss.

Pros:

Pár percre a pályaudvartól, buszmegállóktól, kiváló helyen. A közeleben üzletek. Csomagmegörzés, Salzburgcardot már chek - in alkalmával az alkalmazásban meg tudtuk vásárolni. A reggeli jó volt, tökéletesen megfelel egy aktív nyaraláshoz.
Már másodjára szálltam meg itt.

Cons:

Értem, hogy elővigyázatosságból az ablakot csak bukóra lehet nyitni, örültem volna, ha tudunk egy nagyot szellőztetni a kis szobában.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen Preis Leistung stimmt gar nicht
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral, zu Fuß nicht weit in die Innenstadt.
Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dreckig.
Überall Staub an den Metallhochbetten und auf den kleinen Schränken.
Ein kaputter Ventilator auf dem Tisch, kein Schutz davor und auch völlig verstaubt.
Dreck unter den Betten.
Dafür das man erst 15.00 Uhr einchecken kann und für eine Nacht zu fünft mit Frühstück knapp 270 Euro bezahlt, finde ich nicht in Ordnung.

Eben ein Hostel, sauber, in guter Lage zum Bahnhof;

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und hatten ein eher kleines Kinderstockbett; die Bettwäsche hatte zunächst auch gefehlt

Einmal und nie wieder – Absolute Katastrophe

Wir haben das a&o Hotel Salzburg gebucht und es war leider eine absolute Katastrophe.
​Das Gebäude ist extrem hellhörig. Dank zahlreicher Jugendgruppen und schlagender Türen war an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Bis spät in die Nacht geisterten Leute über die Flure – das Personal schien damit völlig überfordert zu sein und hat nicht eingegriffen.

​Ein weiteres großes Ärgernis ist die Parksituation: Das Parkhaus (das sich das Hotel offenbar mit der Mall und dem Radisson teilt) hat eine maximale Durchfahrtshöhe von nur 1,90 m. Zudem hätte man vorab reservieren müssen – ein Hinweis dazu hat bei der Buchung völlig gefehlt. Da rund um das Hotel aktuell überall Baustellen sind, gibt es keinerlei Ausweichmöglichkeiten.

​Das Einzige: Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.

​Fazit: Das war definitiv das letzte Mal, dass wir ein a&o Hotel gebucht haben. Keine Empfehlung!
