Great location once we figured out the trains.
Room was clean, we were able to leave the baggage before the check in. Good location
A bit small for 3 people, but considering that it's Tokio, it's reasonable.

Location, facilities, breakfast
Some staff had a hard time speaking English.
Clean. Centrally located
Very good location close to Tokyo Central station, and at walking distance of several metro lines
Very obliging and curteous staff.

Proximity to the train station (one subway stop) and to akihabara (15 minutes walk), nice staff, onsen
Room was very small, practically no space between the beds. Couldn’t figure out how to turn down heat and had a hard time sleeping. Japanese style breakfast did not seem appealing to daughters.
The hotel was immaculate. The Japanese food was tasty.
I'm a single, 70 yr old female who took the train for several trips. The staff provided great direction in regards to best routes to take, maps with highlighted directions on how to get to train stations.
Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful.
Rooms were clean and the hallways were quiet.Great place to stay. If I'm lucky enough to come back to Japan, I would stay here.

Close to restaurants. We liked the bar restaurant atmosphere. The continental part of breakfast was great.
We didn’t care for the menu at restaurant and the western breakfast was not great. The scrambled eggs seemed undercooked and slimy to us westerners.
Nice but not great. Breakfast okay but just barely.
I don’t know who to blame, the hotel or Expat Explorer, but as suggested by Expat Explorer I purchased a room for my wife and I to stay a day before and after our trip. The hotel wanted us to change rooms - leave our room at 10:00 am and change rooms to another room at 3:00 or 4:00 to start the tour. They told me the room I booked and paid for by Booking.com was 9000 yen more expensive and we would not get a refund if we stayed in the same room. Then they told me the room I booked didn’t have breakfast included and even though we stayed in a 9000yen cheaper room if we want real fast it would cost an additional 1500 yen!!! The hotel and Expat Explorer should get this straight with Booking.com since friends who did not use Booking.com paid less and got the breakfast without any issue - stayed in the same room throughout their visit before and after our tour. Next time I won’t use Booking.com even if recommended due to it costing me so much more and more of a hassle when we got to the hotel
