LOVE IT. SURE WILL COMEBACK AGAIN
Pros:

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, ranging from main courses and desserts to both hot and cold beverages. I was especially impressed to find latte and soya bean drinks, which was a first for me at a hotel breakfast. There were plenty of options to suit everyone's taste, and my kids absolutely loved the selection. Overall, the hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families and travelers looking for a great breakfast experience.

Great stay overall but would work better with even number group size. Would visit again!
Pros:

Breakfast was included in our stay. It had sufficient variety of oriental and continental style foods like scrambled eggs and Nasi Lemak. The hotel was able to provide the extra bed for our third guest at 90 RM, which is a good option for odd numbered group sizes. The room was relatively spacious before we added the extra bed. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge. The location was great, located a very short walking distance away from KSL Mall, perfect for those planning to shop or visit the night market on Mondays. Would recommend to families looking to visit the area. We were also able to place our bags after check-out for a few hours to shop around. Great service overall.

Cons:

The extra bed was unfortunately a bit uncomfortable but the main beds were good and still a pleasant stay overall.

CONVENIENT LOCATION with plenty of F&B Outlets and 2 MALLs - KSL & HOLIDAY PLAZA. The breakfast spread elaborate & very courteous staff. Rooms were well kept by the housekeeping staff
