We reached the hotel about 2.30 to check in - the check in lounge was very crowded. We were told we can only check in after 3 - which we gladly waited. At 3 only one of the 3 rooms we booked were ready. The 8 of us decide to wait in the room. I waited for an hour to check for the readiness of the the other rooms - and was told they were still not ready and asked me to wait in the room and the keys will be sent to the room when ready. We waited for another 1.5 hours with no news. Called the receptionist and they knew nothing about it. We went to the reception again only to be told the room was ready (and they upgraded one of the room to suite). It was the first time I had to wait for 2.5 hours post check in time to get the rooms. There is obviously a need for improvement in the process and communication.

It's a great stay but can be better
Pros:

Beds and location are great! Staff service is good too.
They are understanding and even let us have an early check in, provided the rooms are available.

Cons:

The cleanliness is not what i expected. The coffee sachets have ants and there isnt a shower handle (different from my previous stay)
