Cycling the Mickelson Trail
Pros:

I used this hotel in Hill City as my base while biking the Mickelson Trail. The location worked well and is within a very short peddle to the trail. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was convenient each morning. It was also close to the main attractions for after ride exploring. I highly recommend this hotel to other Mickelson Trail cyclists. I definitely would stay here again.

Courteous, professional staffs, good value, comfortable stay, and quiet for the night
Pros:

The location is close to downtown, and the hotel is clean. The night front desk staff—Mary, I believe—has consistently shown first‑class service. She is prompt, professional, and patiently explains every detail of the process. Her level of service truly feels like that of a 5‑star hotel.

Breakfast is good, with hot food available, and overall the stay offers very good value for the price. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

We were greeted by an awesome young lady by the name of Gabrielle when we arrived at the hotel. She was very nice and friendly! Was always interested in what we were doing for the day. We hope she will be recognized as a valuable person to represent Comfort Inns!!

Beautiful view, Comfy Room.
Pros:

Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We experienced great water pressure in our showers and breakfast was good, though variety would have been nice. Hot tub could have been warmer. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Kids loved the pool and the location was very clean.

It would have been nice to have full black out curtains on the side of the hotel that the sun rose on. That was a bit brutal at 5:30 am.
