Everything was good except room wasn’t cleaned on second day, is this a new modality?
Cons:

Room was not made or cleaned the second day. When we complained they claimed we had placed the “do not disturb “sign on the door. The sign was indeed placed until 10 am, when we left the room for the entire day, removing the sign from our room door as we left, to let them know, room needed cleaning. It never happened. We came back late evening, and it was shocking to see beds unmade, thrash full of, etc Too high a price for not having room cleaned.

Great hotel with clean room and good breakfasts.
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here the first full week of July 2026 on 2nd floor. The room was clean and functional (TV, outlets, lights, etc) and quiet. The location is just off the highway for easy access and no traffic noise. Breakfasts were the usual hotel items (waffles, cheese omelets, sausage, fruits, pastries) which helped get our day going without much need for a lunch asides from a snack. We liked the general location in reference to the locations we wanted to visit such as Deadwood or Custer, etc. I would certainly consider staying here again.
