This is a great hotel with a great location. Check in is very quick even if you have to go up to the 2nd floor. The hotel staff were nice and they even watched our luggage on our last afternoon in NYC. It was very packed for the World Cup as it was the week that Spain vs Argentina were playing. So the elevators took a while but I will say it was very quiet in the hallways which was nice and given the hotel was almost full that was really nice to see. The rooms are a bit small but for New York it is normal. The rooms were clean and the bed was just right (not too hard or not too soft) and they included many pillows. We were up on the 9th floor back side of the building and didn't really hear any road noise. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I liked the fact the room had a Keurig and the cleaning staff kindly gave me extra pods. I never had the breakfast but there is a cafe that has really good bagels close by. In the lobby they have flavored water which is nice on a hot day in July. It was very hot in New York that week but the AC worked very well and kept the room cool. It was a bit expensive but I bet any other week besides World Cup it would be much more affordable. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
What a nice experience and we were met with such good service upon our arrival. Nice clean room, with good amenities. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, and the check out was speedy and efficient. I would certainly stay here again.
What a great hotel! Great location close to Grand Central. Staff couldn’t be any nicer!! Very clean and decent size room for the City. I will be back!!
I stayed for 6 nights in August 2025 on a business trip. The location was convenient, which was the biggest advantage, but overall the experience was only average. The rooms were fairly small, and the noise level made it harder to rest properly. Cleanliness was acceptable, but nothing stood out, and the atmosphere felt functional rather than comfortable. Service was inconsistent, and while the staff were polite, the stay did not feel especially welcoming. The amenities were limited compared with expectations, so I would rate the hotel as average to below average overall.
A true five star experience, the room the staff everything was amazing.
Great location, right by Grand Central. Easy access to anywhere, large room, great bathrooms, great shower and AC. Excellent price, would definitely come again. Very friendly staff.
Great location, clean, and friendly staff
I had an amazing experience; I had a little hiccup with my room that was quickly rectified by management/front desk staff. All of the staff were delightful, will definitely be back!
Bra frokost, hyggelig personale, bra beliggenhet
Sengene skulle vært større, det er ikke kingsize senger
Stayed in this cool trendy hotel in Midtown so convenient to major tourist attractions in New York fabulous breakfast and such helpful staff especially the friendly Irish manager Eddie would highly recommend this hotel
Hotel was very modern and clean. There is a terrace on 2nd floor with coffee and snacks. There is a small bar too.
No breakfast
Staff are undiscerning and unfunctional. Ll never stay again. Only advantage is the location.
L'emplacement
Le bar
Les chambres sont assez petites
The view of midtown was spectacular! We were on the 25th floor (I am terrified of heights) but it was still a great view lol.
Parking… the hotel really needs to find a way to incorporate parking into their own business model. The company they use next door is a complete rip‑off. They charge you blindly based on vehicle size, they don’t speak English (nothing against that), and they were rude. Once you park in their garage, you cannot take your car out to travel around the city. That might be fine for people who want the full NYC walking/public‑transportation experience, but for folks who want to drive their own vehicle during their stay, it’s a no‑go.
At the end of the stay, we thought we were paying $55 per night. Instead, we got hit with extra fees for my midsize sedan. We stayed for two nights and ended up paying close to $200 even with a discount. Smh, never again.
The hotel itself was very nice though.
