Melhor custo benefício de Manhatan, se você procura por um quarto limpo, moderno e silencioso.

Pros:

The location is very nice. I could walk to all interesting spots.

Cons:

They charged my credit card for the whole stay even though I already paid for my stay via booking.com and when I asked the receptionist why did she charge my credit card she was a bit rude and very sure that I haven’t paid for my room. After showing her my receipt from booking, she didn’t even apologize, not to mention that I still haven’t received money back.

The flavored waters in the lobby. The free welcome drink. Good location to get around the city. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

1 elevator was out of order the whole stay; I wish the website noted up charge for large vehicle parking at the garage. Not sure where you’re supposed to use the yoga mat in the room if you wanted to stream a workout to the tv.

I enjoyed my stay. Nothing fancy but it was comfortable for the most part.
Pros:

Convenient location close to Grand Central. Fairly large and clean room. Casual lobby with food and bar. On site gym and yoga mat and bands in room is a nice touch.

Cons:

Very dark room. Needs more lighting. No water or ice on the floor I was on.
