Personal ist nicht in der Lage bei Problemen Lösungen zu finden.
Bei Ankunft war ein Zimmer nicht vorbereitet. Es fehlten Toilettenpapier und weiteres.
Das Zweibettzimmer hat ein kleines Fenster zum lüften, welches sich nicht von innen verschließen lässt.Das Fenster hat beim Öffnen keinen Halt, lüften ist somit nicht möglich wenn man das Fenster nicht durchgehend mit der Hand offen hält. Da das Zimmer im EG ist und das Fenster sich nicht schließen lässt und von draußen nur mit einer Hand reingedrückt werden kann, fühlt man sich Nachts nicht sicher immer Zimmer. Ein Zimmerwechsel hat das Personal strikt abgelehnt.

Am 2. Tag wurde ein Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt. Das Personal wurde darauf um 16Uhr angesprochen und gebeten das Zimmer am Nachmittag zu putzen. Uns wurde versprochen, dass das Zimmer gereinigt wird. Am Abend war das Zimmer jedoch nicht gereinigt, das Personal an der Rezeption wusste Bescheid aber die Ausrede war, dass die Putzkraft leider um 18Uhr gegangen ist (Das Zimmer hätte zwischen 16 und 18 Uhr gereinigt werden können). Ein sorry vom Personal hat man nie bekommen. Die Lösung: Toilettenpapier und Handtuch wurde mir in die Hand gedrückt.

Machmal stand an der Rezeption Personal, welches nicht ein mal Englisch spricht oder eine Übersetzung App benutzt und Ihnen nicht weiterhelfen konnte.
Am Frühstückbuffett konnte man manchmal kein Personal finden. Reinigung, Milch & Wassertank füllen der Kaffeemaschine musste ich persönlich selber machen.

Die Probleme hätten vielleicht mit einer Entschuldigung oder Kommunikation gelöst werden können, aber dafür war das Personal und der Gastgeber leider zu fein.

Pros:

We hadden de luxekamer en die is echt prachtig en comfortabel. Zacht bed met televisie waar je Netflix etc op kan streamen. Er is een losstaand prachtig bad maar ook eveneens een douche voorzien. De ligging is perfect. 1 min wandelen voor het oude centrum.

Cons:

Ontbijt mag wat gevarieerder zijn. Ijskast op de kamer deed het niet.
