Уборка ежедневная,отношение персонала

Cons:

Самый главный минус отеля-это деревянные перекрытия, когда люди ходят сверху ощущение, что потолок сейчас упадет на тебя. Слышимость 10 из 10. Завтраки очень печальные. И очень сильно пахнет нафталином в коридоре. В остальном номера соответствуют фото

Cons:

На сайте были фото обработанные через фильтр. Красочные фотографии. Не видитесь на это. Забронировали один номер двухместный. По факту выдали трёхместный номер. Попросили поменять на другой номер, не было свободных. Номера старые. Запах стоит старой мебели. Шторы порваны. Вид из окна на стройку!

We had 3 seperate stays. All well organised and staff great.

We loved Istanbul and the accommodation was all part of the enjoyable experience.

The location was fantastic. The he staff were friendly and attentive. Water and coffee machines were great and very useful.

Emplacement parfait
Pros:

Situation géographique parfaite. Proche de l'arrêt de l'autobus qui va à l'aéroport. Le déjeuner était très varié et complet. Le personnel très gentil. Nous avons laisse nos sacs pour revenir les prendre plus tard pour un départ tardif. Toutes les visites du quartier ont été faites à pied.

Cons:

La douche était brisée et giclait partout mais c'est un détail.

Прекрасный отель в тихом месте, прям рядом со всеми достопримечательностями Стамбула. Отэль небольшой, но очень уютный и комфортный. Завтрак был так приготовлен словно находишься у себя дома. Рядом расположено множество небольших ресторанов, где можно поесть очень вкусные местные блюда.

La habitación era grande y espaciosa. Amir (la persona que atendía la recepción en el turno de noche) era genial. Muy agradable y educado. Nos ofreció ayuda en todo momento y un trato cercano y cálido.

RECOMENDABLE
Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy bien , perfecto para coger fuerzas para empezar el día con energía.
Estaba a 8-9 minutos andando del tranvía y a 5 minutos andando de la mezquita de Sultanhamed,cerca de todas las atracciones principales de Estambul.

Cons:

El acceso a la calle del hotel estaba en obras y era de difícil acceso .
La habitación era cómoda pero la alfombra estaba deteriorada y el mueble del baño oxidado .
Las paredes son finas porque escubamos a los vecinos del piso de arriba bastante aunque no impedía el buen descanso por las noches .
El frigorífico de la habitación no enfriaba bien .
