Pedimos servicio a la habitación que tuve que cancelar después de 1 hora y media esperando a que fuera entregado. En la habitación se sentía demasiado ruido y fue imposible conciliar el sueño. No nos sentimos bien atendidos.

J’ai demandé à payer par carte et la réceptionniste m’a dit que je ne pouvais pas.
Le lendemain , ayant clôturé ma nuitée , il n’a pas été possible non plus de faire le paiement par carte et me rembourser en liquide .

Pros:

El lugar es muy lindo y cómodo; excelente para descansar

Cons:

No es primera vez que nos alojamos pero esta vez al parecer cambiaron la administración y por ejemplo en ocasiones anteriores a los huéspedes se les facilitaban batas para cubrirse del frío después de salir de los termales lo que era muy cómodo porque cubrían y protegían del frío; esta vez solo facilitaron unos ponchos que si bien cubren no protegen del frío y al preguntar las batas son solo para ciertos huéspedes y si no eres de ellos debes pagar adicional (cuando la reserva no es barata en ningún caso).
también para tener en cuenta las cabañas de la parte antigua ya requieren mantenimiento; la grifería de los baños ya es necesario cambiarla
