Amabilidad ante todo.
Pros:

nos cambiaron de habitación sin ningún problema a una más tranquila. Viajaba en carro eléctrico y me ayudaron a solucionar para poderlo cargar con mi cargador viajero. Los empleados son maravillosos, la amabilidad es increíble están a total disposición de complacer en la medida de lo posible a los huéspedes.

Lo silencioso del area

Cons:

el desayuno incluido estaba bastante regular y con muy pocas opciones teniendo en cuenta que es un eco hotel donde van muchas familias. La habitación olia demasiado a humedad, las toallas que entregan se ven viejas.
