Solo la ubicación

Cons:

La silla manchada, se hizo la petición para cancelar o cambiar fechas y nunca recibí respuesta del hotel, intente contactarlos por teléfono, Booking, y correo electrónico y tampoco hubo respuesta, cuando se llega al hotel, se hace dicha observación, y ellos mencionaron que no había nada en la aplicación.
La gerente pidió respeto a su personal, cuando nunca se llevo a cabo dicha falta, además de que allí mencionan que tienen estacionamiento, pero la realidad es que no hay, el ballet parking se lleva el auto al estacionamiento, el cual cobra 300 pesos, lo cual no está estipulado en la reserva en la aplicación, ya que te la hacen llegar a través de un correo electrónico.

Descuidado, le falta mantenimiento, la regadera no sirve, tiene moho en las Paredes, se escucha todo lo del cuarto de un lado, el ambiente le falta ventilación, esta muy encerrado

La ubicación y el servicio esta excelente muy cerca del centro y rodeados de lugares donde comer.

Cons:

El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir, aproximadamente 20-25 minutos, una persona se tenía q bañar con agua fría y mucho después de eso comenzaba a salir el agua caliente para la segunda persona

Cons:

Room smelled awkward and was too warm. Also pretty noisy.
I was expecting a better room , but it was too small and uncomfortable for a family.

The stay as a whole. The room was not quiet. The sheets and pillow cases had hair. The room smelled like sewage after flushing the toilet. And the water smelled like sewage as well.

- Poor cleanliness, with hairs found in the shower
- Uncomfortable, with various low ceilings that made me hit my head twice
- Loud, I could hear other guests throughout the night
