Expected way more based on the whole propaganda they have.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, ready to help, pleasant, and very nice overall. Always seemed in a good mood and super helpful, they recommended great things for us to do and places to eat at.
The eggs at breakfast were incredible.
The decoration in the room was interesting, with nice blue lights.

Cons:

Now, the hotel itself was a disappointment. We didn't get a hand towel, and after we had asked for one, we understood there was no place to hang it. The shower takes ages to warm up, like you have to open and let it run for 3-5 min before it gets hot. We thought it was broken, but it was just the way it is. The shampoo and soap are also very tiny and not of great quality; the soap had a weird smell, too. No conditioner. The sheets were stained and old, everything had a bit of a weird smell, like not freshly washed, idk how to explain that in a different way. No vegan options on the menu, very simple breakfast. The bathroom light was super weak. It was also really noisy, as if there were no closed doors or windows. Our room faced the street, so lots of traffic noise, and we could also hear everyone passing by our room and talking, as if they were in the room.

Só gostei da localizacao.As moças que servem o café são atenciosas.

Cons:

O quarto que me colocaram não e o mesmo da foto,Questionei o funcionário e o mesmo disse que estava certo. que ia tenta me colocar em outro. Quarto péssimo número 45. cama desconfortável. instalações antigas. Não arrumaram o quarto durante a minha estadia. Não recomendo! estou muito discontente com a experiência.

Pros:

Quarto limpo, arrumado e muito bem cuidado.

Cons:

Apenas o Wi-Fi do corredor 3 estava oscilando muito e com baixo sinal, sendo necessário utilizar muitas vezes a internet do plano.

Mas nada que desabone a acomodação e o serviço prestado pelo hotel.
