Pros:

Essa já é a quarta vez que me hospedo neste hotel, o que mais gosto é a localização, os funcionários são excelentes, educados, e também é super limpo.

A única coisa que não gosto, são as escadas, hahahah

Retornamos neste final de semana, era um feriado!
O hotel estava tranquilo e o quarto em que ficamos era maravilhoso. Não conseguimos a banheiras mas foi um super amplo com sacada, chuveiro duplo, vaso sanitário privado uma cama gigante e confortável e tv grande. O café da manhã também estava delicioso dessa vez. Tudo perfeito! Os funcionários foram treinados e dessa vez foram simpáticos e educados. Continuarei frequentando sempre. Amo esse hotel!

Os funcionários são excelentes, muito educados e eficientes. A localização é perfeita, uns 7 minutos do metrô, andando. Ótimo café da manhã. Tinha música ambiente , quando entrei no quarto, podia me informar sobre notícias, metereologia e ouvir música através da ALEXA. Excelente chuveiro. Adorei.

Cons:

Tinham algumas teias de aranha no quarto, no teto. Não houve limpeza no quarto, durante a minha estadia, troca de toalha, reposição de sabonete, varrer o chão, arrumar a cama. Não interferiu na experiência da minha visita, mas teria tornado excelentes.
Dependendo do vizinho de quarto, pode se ouvir risadas e conversas altas.
