Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek, Denver

Krzysztof worked at the front desk of the Halcyon during the 3 days and nights that I stayed with my husband at the Halcyon in July of 2026. He fixed me delicious coffee for our 3 day stay. He was always cheerful, helpful, and caring! Thank you for employing such a wonderful trustworthy and dedicated employee! Christian was a gem, accommodating and really made this a great start to our stay. Mateo makes a wonderful latte! Local jones bartenders and chuck and Dan were wonderful. Food for our late arrival was perfect. What a wonderful first hour experience.

What a delightful stay at Halcyon—we'll absolutely be back! I've stayed at plenty of luxury hotels that felt nice but generic/forgettable. Halcyon stood out because of its warmth--relaxed and personal, while still being beautifully designed. The thoughtful concierge offerings went above and beyond--complimentary morning cafe, daily happy hour and passes to local boutique fitness spots, free rides from their valet, and excellent customer service, we felt very taken care of. Also very comfy beds and pillows--a must for me. Excellent location--Cherry Creek is super walkable and in close proximity to most fun things to do in Denver.
It's one of those places that just gets it right, and we'll definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful experience at Halcyon, and a big part of that was thanks to the outstanding service we received at check-in. The front desk associate, Krzysztof, was incredibly welcoming, personable, and genuinely took the time to make us feel at home. We have not spent alot of time in Cherry Creek, so it was great to get the run down. He walked us through all of the hotel's amenities and even told us about the hidden speakeasy, which we never would have discovered on our own and it ended up being one of the highlights of our stay!

He also recommended Quality Italian for dinner, and it was absolutely fantastic. It was exactly the kind of recommendation we were hoping for.

We also spent time at the rooftop bar and pool. This was not to be missed! The atmosphere was amazing, and the wings and cocktails were excellent.

Exceptional hospitality like this truly makes a difference. My husband and I had a wonderful stay, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend Halcyon to anyone visiting Denver!

I had to ask staycation here! From check-in to check out my service was seamless! Krzysztof at the front desk made sure I got room upgrade through my Amex premier booking and a late check out! Erin, the Bartender at local Jones who took care of me on Saturday night was such a sweetie! And another bartender whose name I didn’t get helped me pick an excellent in Zinfandel blend to go with my steak that night which was excellent! Even the food at the pool deck was 10 out of 10! The servers at the pool deck were really fun and accommodating.

Our stay at the Halcyon was wonderful. We took full advantage of amenities and visited the Botanical Gardens and Zoo. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The front desk stays super busy with check-ins and drinks and other services, but we never had to wait more than two minutes. We enjoyed the social hour and while we didn’t go in the pool, the rooftop was lovely and had misters to stay cool. I want to give a special thank you to Robert, Christian, and Matthew, who we often at the counter assisting us, making our favorite drinks, and booking our reservations so that our time in Denver was a memorable one.

The Halcyon hotel is magnificent! Stayed there during a business trip and the hotels services and quality were second to none! Definitely recommend if you are traveling to Denver.

I can’t give it more than 4 and that’s generous. It’s worn. Pool area packed tight. Mattresses are poor. Location is good and the 3rd shift lady Jaccuzi was great and cared.

Exceptionally stylish and creative design concepts, unfortunately at the expense of quality and service.

For example, we arrive to find a record player in our room. Very cool idea - in theory. In reality there’s only a hodgepodge of bargain bin albums. The rooftop pool looks great in pictures but is cramped in reality. It reminds me of those comparison reels between influencer and reality.

We upgraded to a corner view, and ended up looking into an office building close enough to see what’s on their monitors. Bedding looks nice, but feels rough and lumpy. The bath towels suck. Furniture in the room looks nice from afar, but it doesn’t take long to see the stains already setting in (presumably because they don’t have enough staff for a thorough clean). Valet spend more time on their phones than anticipating needs of guests. There are two attendants at the front desk, but one is always on the phone (presumably responding to constant guest complaints).

They had an excellent media campaign, showing up in credit card rewards, magazines and online top hotel lists. Our American Express got us a credit for breakfast room service, but that can’t fix soggy toast and cold coffee.

It’s the right choice if you’re looking for a great entry to your social media accounts, but if you want comfort and service then there are definitely better options at the same price point.

I am a frequent guest as i travel to Denver often for business. The staff exudes hospitality. They are always pleasant, helpful and professional. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bedding is high quality and the A.C works great. Highly recommended .

The hotel has a cool zine and is perfectly appointed with particular detail to design and luxury details. The food was exceptional and I am looking forward to my next stay.

Our recent 11-night stay at the Halcyon Hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely excellent—it serves as the perfect home base for exploring Denver's Cherry Creek neighborhood, with countless restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short walk away.

As beautiful as the property is, what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional staff. Every single employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in our comfort. We have to give special shoutouts to Robert (Hotel Manager), Chuck and Rick (Bartenders Extraordinaire), Krzysztof, Carolyn and Cat (Front Desk), and Blaine and Samantha (Rooftop Pool). Their extraordinary attention to detail and proactive helpfulness never went unnoticed.

The hotel itself was incredibly comfortable, perfectly maintained, and endlessly welcoming. After nearly two weeks, it genuinely felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend the Halcyon Hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Denver! 🙏
