The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was close to everything.
My room was so cold and the controls had a message saying it was unable to be adjusted. I was icy freezing cold because the air conditioning was set on and unable to be adjusted. The weather was in the 50s, gray, rainy and drizzly. Even with a sweater on, I shivered in my room. The coffee in the room was four packets of decaf pods and powdered creamer. For $700 plus for two nights. It would’ve been nice to have real caffeine and a decent cup of coffee in the room. Also, being there on a weekend meant no access to the restaurant in the building.

Lovely boutique hotel and so convenient to getting around in New York. The staff so helpful and friendly.
Everything was great.
You can't beat the location - close to everything I was looking for in midtown. The room was large enough for my stay and had a great view of St. Patrick's on the corner of Fifth Avenue.
I had trouble connecting to and maintaining the connection to the wi-fi. I'm not sure if my room was just further from the router but that was frustrating.
The location was perfect for a stay in Manhattan. Vey clean and very comfortable beds.
Everything was positive about the property. No issues with anything.
the staff
Hotel is sold as a higher quality experience but when I walked into the room it was like they had tried to upgrade grandmas old house. 2 comfortable beds ...double...tiny tv in far right corner of the room high on the wall with a black cord hanging at an angle from it. A yellowy beige drapy half obscured the screen. It looked really outdated but not in a quaint way. It looked like a motel on highway 66 that got moved to NYC so they charged more ...because its NYC. The foyer is very impressive but the room was really NOT impressive. I was glad to be there one night only.
