Beautiful stay in rural Kep
Pros:

Staff were all lovely. Gorgeous little bungalow. Lovely breakfast. Really nice pool and gorgeous views either side of the property. Less than 10 minutes to the crab market, amazing crab restaurants and a stunning sunset view. Created a lovely anniversary welcome for my wife and I too. :)

Basic stay in a good location
Pros:

Good location close to the national park and crab market, very friendly and helpful staff, and easy to organise scooter rental and onward travel. A nice pool area to relax.

Cons:

The bungalows are very basic (make sure you realise that the toilet is open to the room, just separated by a curtain) and bathroom facilities very dated. The A/C also wasn’t very powerful so it was super hot.

Très bel endroit, bien décoré. Le petit déjeuné était bon et copieux. Jolie chambre avec terrasse. Proche des restaurants

Cons:

Il y avait une fuite d'eau dans les toilettes, le sol était mouillé sans arrêt. Le lit n’est pas confortable.

bien mais cher, on espérait mieux même si c'était très mignon et que le personnel était vraiment accueillant

la végétation, l'emplacement, lit confortable, bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

pas d'eau chaude, salle de bain qui manque de qualité pour le prix, rideau pour les toilettes qui sont dans la chambre...

Pros:

Emplacement idéal , 10 mns a pieds du marché aux crabes, location scooter super facile, billets bus, supers conseils, Marie s'occupe efficacement des réservations. La piscine est un bijou! Un petit déjeuner préparé avec confitures maison, très bon café, viennoiserie et pain frais, jus de fruit frais qui change tous les jours ainsi que les fruits, de quoi démarrer la journée avec entrain! Chambres très confortables, terrasse également et la végétation est tout simplement magnifique. L'équipe est aux petits soins, tout est très propre. Nous y reviendrons a coup sûr ! Bravo à toute l'équipe!

Nice little place for one night in Kep
Pros:

It’s a lovely small hotel on a excellent location near Kep beach. We had a room with a semi extra bed room separated by a curtain.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were many mosquitoes and other creepy bugs in the room. Very few light switches and sockets.
The breakfast was thru a small menu barely enough. Instead of one fruit plate for each, we got one.

Nice place with the soul.
Pros:

Absolutely lovely place with the soul. Well run place, clean and pleasant to stay. Nicely decorated rooms and the pool. Excellent value for money.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, breakfast was yummy with 3 selections, fruit, fruit juice and a hot drink. Dinner good. Right near the crab market for excellent lunches. Plus easy to use tuktuks to get around as Kep is spread out. Pool and massages - fab.

Cons:

Only the toilet. A curtain across the toilet took a bit to get used to. But other than that we couldn't fault the place.
