Velmi milý personál, chutné raňajky, perfektná lokalita, určite odporúčam všetkými desiatimi.
S pobytom v hoteli som bola veľmi spokojná. Izba bola čistá a voňavá. Personál milý a ústretový. Hotel sa nachádza v centre mesta v úzkej uličke, napriek tomu tam bolo ticho a kľud. Ďakujem za príjemný pobyt.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with a large, separate kitchen and separate entry containing the closet and access to the bathroom, and a generously sized sitting room and dining area. The location is in the historic district just a few meters from the entrance to the Eger Castle. There is an attached restaurant where breakfasts are served. We also had quite a nice dinner there one evening.
The staff was particularly helpful getting us oriented about the castle. It turns out admission is free for seniors, so we were glad we didn't try to purchase tickets on line.
The hotel name in Booking.com oddly is the lmola Udvarhaz Dessert Hotel, but there is no mention of desserts in the sign on the hotel. The desserts listed in the restaurant didn't appear particularly remarkable. This is a minor matter, but it made me pause unnecessarily before I made the reservation. Suggest dropping mention of food in the listing.

• Great location on a quiet side street, just a short walk to the main sights.
• Friendly and helpful staff.
• One of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in outside my own — and the large pillow was perfect.
• Spacious apartment with plenty of places to sit and relax.
• Huge bathroom, which was a great surprise and added to the comfort of the stay.
• Large wardrobe with loads of room for everything.
• Special request items (iron and ironing board) were placed in the room.
• Nice argan‑oil toiletries — the additional lavender‑scented pillows and lavender eye masks were a lovely touch.
• Daily complimentary mineral water.
• Good air conditioning.
• Mini‑bar items reasonably priced.
• The door to the “Apartment Lux” needs attention. The handle doesn’t work properly — you literally have to slam the door to close it. We were conscious of disturbing other guests, but it was the only way to shut it. To get back into the room, you had to use the keycard and firstly lift the handle up and then push the handle down to open the door. Furthermore, I believe that this door was labelled as a fire door, so ideally it should close smoothly and securely without force.
• You also can’t lock the main door to the apartment from the inside, only the bedroom door (which had a key in the lock), which for our personal preference isn’t ideal for security. In every other hotel we’ve stayed in, you can lock the main door once you’re inside.
• Breakfast was included in our rate, but we generally prefer to find somewhere local as we tend to get up later when we’re away. It would be nice if the hotel offered a room‑only rate (I couldn’t see one on Booking.com).

veľmi pohodlné. Prístup personálu bol veľmi milý, prijemný a ústretový. Raňajky boli výborné a pestrý výber. Ďakujeme za krásny pobyt.
Poloha ubytovania
Sikmy strop. Na konci postele bolo mozne ist iba so sklonenou hlavou. Nastastie 99% casu sme travili mimo ubytovanie.
