Top Lage und Küche und hervorragendes Team
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand und der Meerblick ,
die wirklich hervorragende und vielfältige Küche ,
das gesamte Team sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas älter aber die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und die Zimmer neu eingerichtet.

Pros:

Szép a hotel, szép helyen van, saját tengerpart. Nagyon jók a fő étkezések, bőséges a választék.

Cons:

Nem töltötték minden nap a mindbárt, pedig ez benne volt a foglaláskor kapott információban. Csak akkor és csak egyszer hoztak bele italokat, amikor jeleztük, hogy már régen kiürült. Utána sem kaptunk feltöltést.

Pros:

This is our 2nd stay at Melas Hotel. Last year we came and were very happy with our stay so came again. Great location from Markets and Side. Staff members were super nice with a smile everyday. Especially thanks to Bahar who made our room spotless every single day. She was so kind. And Ayse at the pool bar for her generous smile and great chat.
The food was amazing with many different cuisines breakfast through dinner. The only thing that surprised us was that at Italian night there was no pizza! 😃 but more than enough of everything.
Super clean hotel and worth the money. Overall an 8/10

Cons:

The only thing bad was about the elevators. We got stuck twice in them and chose to use the stairs as it was scary .

Nowhere near a 5 star. Maybe a 3 at a push.
Pros:

I’ll start with the few good things about this hotel. The rooms are lovely, aircon worked great, shower was powerful and spacious. Selma who works at the spa is incredible and a true professional - one of the best massages I have had.

The main issues are: the pool area is just not nice. It wasn’t dirty but it just didn’t look nice and there were not many sunbeds at all (all taken by 8am) so we never got a sunbed by the pool for our whole stay.

The buffet is just dire. Nothing is labelled so you don’t know what you’re eating and there was a very limited selection. We refused to eat at the hotel unfortunately and ate out every night.

Some of the hotel has been redone and modernised (in a very grey, soulless kind of way) whereas some areas are from the 80s with floral upholstery. Very strange place.

Some good parts but overall a pretty terrible hotel
Pros:

The room was lovely, really modern and spacious and we especially loved the shower, it was amazing!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Standout for us was the spa. Although the spa itself looks dated and in desperate need of a renovation, I had 2 massages by Selma (don’t know if I’m spelling that correctly) and they were the best I have ever had. She is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend her more. Her knowledge and passion for her job are evident and she was so kind.

Cons:

We moved to this hotel after wanting to extend our holiday but there being no availability at our original hotel and safe to say we were beyond disappointed.

The pool area just looks very dated and depressing and needs an overhaul. There are only about 30 sunbeds around the pool itself and of course they are all taken by 8am.

The food here is truly terrible. The selection itself is very small and we actually refused to eat there after trying the buffet once so had to eat outside of the hotel despite paying for all inclusive. We tried to have lunch once but there was barely any food left (we weren’t there that late into service) which for a hotel of this rating is just unacceptable.

The hotel design is soulless and decorated in such a cold and unwelcoming way. The lobby area and bar have clearly been redone but everything is grey and depressing and the other communal spaces honestly seem to be from the 80s with dated floral sofas and upholstery?

We were so disappointed and are just glad we didn’t have this hotel booked for the entirety of our stay.

Magnifique séjour de 6 jours ! Je recommande fortement :)
Pros:

Le personnel est juste magnifique, mes sincères remerciements à Mustafa Varol, Emre Derin chef, Ramazan Ay, le manager Murat abi :) ils s'occupent tous très bien des clients et sont très accueillants et souriants, vraiment rien à dire sur le personnel, ils sont tous au top !

La nourriture est magnifique et ont régulièrement des différents concepts de cuisine ce qui est formidable !

Je suis globalement très satisfaite de notre séjour et suggère à tout le monde au moins un séjour dans cette hotel.

Cons:

Il y a juste la connexion internet qui n'est pas au top des fois elle capte super bien des fois non.

De plus, l'hôtel n'a pas forçément beaucoup d'activité pool comme dans les autres hôtels, ça peut être très vite ennuyant pour un groupe de jeune etc...

L'Hôtel est très grand du fait qu'ils constituent un groupe, a première vue on a vite l'impression de se perdre mais on s'habitue très vite par la suite.

Vill komma till samma hotell igen .
Pros:

Location. Sand strand som är mycket rent. Gott om strandstolar , personalen vid stranden hjälper med glädje.
Mycket bra och varierat mat. Mycket stora och rimliga rum.

Cons:

Önskade att personalen pratar bättre svenska. En del gick inte att kommunicera med men vi fick vad vi önskade varje gång ändå.
Spa priser är överdrivet höga , då det är min tredje resa till side på 4 år viste jag att det finns andra turkisk hammar med message för mindre än hälften av priset och med mycket bra kvalitet på message.

Total relax with beautiful beach and great foods
Pros:

The hotel is located right at the seaside, having its own sandy beach. Water is crystal clear, and there are always enough sunbeds and umbrellas available. Being a couple we really appreciated the separated little 18+ area on the beach, so that the running around children are not directly yelling next to us. The hotel also has one big pool, great for swimming, never too crowded. There is also a neighboor hotel that has a small water-park, and can be used for the guests staying in Melas Resort.
The property is huge, it takes quite a while to explore everything. We have even found a new-to-us beach bar (where they serve kebabs) after 2 days! The restaurants are great, food variety and quality is excellent, I especially loved the snacks that are available from around lunchtime. The services are also good, and the hotel has plenty of staff to help you any time you need. They are really nice people, working hard to keep the hotel clean, foods tasty and guests satisfied all the time.
Our room was also very good, facing partially to the sea - but this might be even better than the full sea view rooms, as it is quite cool during the afternoon (which might be a relief after the hot beach). It is hard to say any negative, even some minor ones, but probably for future improvement is around elevators - they are a bit slow and hot during the day (being a tall builidn, you will use elevators going up and down the beach and restaurants for sure). It might be also a nice touch to provide some small bags for the beach towels, so that guests would not need to carry their own there (this is done at some other hotels already).

We spent 5 days in this resort with my wife, and we both loved it!
