View from my room is just old dirty roofs. I was expecting balcony view as first I booked the room. lift is bit scary.

Staff were amazingly helpful! We were so lucky to be upgraded to a balcony room and we were able to watch the Kandy Esala Perahera parade! It is not a full view but the fact we had the comfort of our room, with snacks, water and a bathroom - we were extremely grateful! Just down the street there were some elephants being adorned for the festival and it made for some wonderful photos.

Camera molto bella e ben curata, in una posizione centralissima nel cuore della città. Staff estremamente cordiale, gentile e attento. Colazione molto buona e soggiorno davvero piacevole.
Come piccolo punto da migliorare, sarebbe stato gradito avere l’acqua inclusa nella colazione. Inoltre, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina, che chiude alle 19:00, un orario un po’ presto soprattutto per chi trascorre la giornata in giro.
