Stunning building and great service
Pros:

Such a beautiful historic building in the centre of Burford. A bit quirky with lots of historic nooks and crannies and unusual art work. Breakfast was one of the best

Lovely hotel, very stylish
Pros:

The style all amazing!! Our room was very nice, breakfast delicious!

Cons:

Spiderwebs noticeable in a lot of places like our room number and light. Price was a little bit high but i made the sacrifice for partners bday

Stunning decor, delicious restaurants, great location and lovely friendly staff!
Pros:

The staff were so accommodating and friendly!! It’s a struggle to get taxis in Burford and the lovely lady at reception rang about 10 different people and managed to book us a taxi for 7 to Bourton On The Water. The rooms are so cosy and clean - Stunning bathroom (with underfloor heating, we love this at a hotel). Breakfast was delicious and so are the other restaurants. Would 100% stay again!!

Underwhelming
Pros:

Good location nice food

Cons:

No tv in room where it. Clearly states there is a flat screen tv in room
Bedroom was very dark with just small window at high level
Lighting bathroom not working
Radio didn’t work and remember we had not TV
Our room right next door to private outdoor function so very noisy until quite late
