Pros:

Un bon hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix, toujours propre, un personnel accueillant.
Présence de distributeurs et micro onde au RDC

Cons:

Il s'agit plutôt d'une amélioration à apporter : manque d'accroche près des points d'eau et voir possibilité d'ajouter un rideau entre la douche et le lit, quand on est a 3 dans une chambre, cela contribue a apporter un petit coin plus intime (celui de Tours en est équipé et j'ai trouvé ça bien.
Dommage que le 3eme lit à l'étage ne soit jamais fait comme le.lit double (les draps sont dans un sac)

The staff customer service was good

Cons:

The hotel had a strange smell, and unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the room. The staff suggested opening the window for ventilation, but when we did, the noise from outside was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep.

My wife also experienced a reaction to the heat, which made our stay even more uncomfortable.

Additionally, the pictures shown online are quite different from the actual hotel. The online photos are very convincing, but the reality did not match what we saw when we arrived.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, due to the lack of air conditioning and the significant difference between the online pictures and the actual experience.

Magnífica atención.
Pros:

Excelente atención, llegamos a las 8am de un vuelo nocturno, queríamos guardar las maletas y nos sorprendieron entregándonos la habitación sin ningún cargo extra.
Fue una excelente atención por parte del personal en turno, la ubicación es perfecta si lo que buscas es estar cerca al aeropuerto.
