Very close to Airport, walkable or using the excellent tram

Airport location is very convenient to Nice Center thanks to the tram. High number of trams served by lines 2 and 3, nearest station (Grand Arénas) is about 4 minutes away on foot, even with wheeled luggage
The hotel offers all the facilities including a fine breakfast buffet.
Cleanliness is exemplary and the staff is very pleasant
The price is attractive
A closet in the room would be more comfortable than clothes hangers on the wall, but not necessary
Accommodation was good for a single male traveler in the summer. There might be problems for couples with larger luggage and more/bulkier clothes, for texample in Winter

Good location and clean but I thought breakfast should be included! I prefer Ibis Promenade des Anglais where I stayed before. Merci bien.

On google maps it leads you somewhere completely different, it was a bit hard to find.
