otelin konumu gayet iyi ve merkezi.
Peruda kaldığım oteller arasındaki en kötü kahvaltı bu otele aitti, buna kahvaltı demek bile saçma. odadaki ısıtma çalışmıyordu ve oda güneş almadığı için oda her daim çok soğuktu. battaniyeler konforlu olsa da soğuk bir odada duş almak gerçekten zor, zira altyapı eski olduğu için sıcak su da sürekli kesiliyordu. Otele varışımızdan itibaren kartla ödeme yapmam durumunda, booking.com da yazan miktara yüzde 5 komisyon ekleyeceklerini söylediler, bu durumun saçmalık olduğunu düşünüyorum. 16 saatlik bir uçuştan sonra bankamatik aramak ve para bozdurmakla uğraşmak zorunda değilim. ardından istedikleri şekilde bankamatikten para çektim ve bunu Peru solesine çevirdim ancak bu durumda da kur farkından ötürü daha çok ödeme yapmam gerektiğini söylediler. ben bunu kabul etmedim. lobideki hanımefendi durumu anlayışla karşıladı ve müdürüyle konuşup onu ikna etti. ona teşekkür ederim ancak genel anlamıyla bu otel deneyimini çok kötü bulduğumu söylemeliyim.

Lo mejor del hotel fue el personal, especialmente Laura, a quien le hicimos un montón de preguntas y siempre tuvo una respuesta con una sonrisa. La ubicación es excelente y el barrio San Blas es precioso.
El desayuno es algo escaso y, algunas veces, no reponen los alimentos que se acabaron.
El personal fue súper amable, la habitación cómoda y acogedora.

Outro ponto de melhoria é limitar a 1 ovo no café da manhã e cobrar 3 soles por outra unidade.
