Avoid this place
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Everything is very close. The reception staff is very helpful. Common areas are nice, they have good atmosphere.

Cons:

As we arrived we found an empty condom sachet on the armchair. The bedding was dirty. We asked for a change for 2 consecutive days. They didn't change them only on the 3rd day. No wardrobe, no hairdryer in the room. No windows what you can open, so no fresh air in the room unless you open the door. If you have a neighbour, it is very noisy. One day we had no cleaning at all. Another day we received dirty, ripped towels. The breakfast box is very poor. Ice cold shower most of the time. So my advice is avoid this place at all costs.

Me encantó el lugar, muy bien ubicaco en el centro de San Blas y el personal uy amable.
Pros:

La Ubicación, excelente y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

podrían tener Smart TVs para ver Netflix o Youtube, adicional, que se permita realizar el pago con tarjeta sin el incremento adicional del 4%.

Pros:

Great bathroom, spacious room, free breakfast.

Cons:

Had to climb stairs to get to the hotel. It was a little difficult day 1 but I got used to it. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear noises coming from other places.

Localizaçao excelente, funcionarios prestativos, hotel bonito e quarto espaçoso e confortavel

Cons:

O aquecimento do quarto estava estragado e a pressão e temperatura da agua do chuveiro eram ruins.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The staff was great, nice and friendly, The breakfast was ok, they make your eggs (fried, scramble, omelette, etc) at the moment. The rooms are kind of small but comfortable anyways. Great location. If necessary they keep your luggage.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is the long time it takes to have good pressure and a hot shower, at least the first times.

Pros:

Nice location and very good staff

Cons:

No real windows and air conditioner so to get fresh air is not possible, the breakfast is realllyyyyy simple. Also we chose option “pay on arrival” and we’ve been charged extra commission of 4% which is not stated nowhere.
