Pros:

La habitación que me dieron estaba recién "reformada" pero falta buen gusto.

Cons:

Las almohadas, el colchón no muy cómodo, se oía el ruido de la calle y de la habitación de al lado, el secador de pelo más viejo que Matusalén.
Me parece que por el precio podría mejorar.
Pero cada quien sabe lo suyo.

Hotel comodo per un soggiorno non duraturo, adeguato rapporto qualità/prezzo, pulito ma la struttura necessita di manutenzione.

Cons:

Il pavimento non aveva le piastrelle dietro la porta andava un po a pezzi.

La peor manera de llegar a Oviedo
Pros:

La atención del personal al llegar.

Cons:

Al llegar, el recepcionista nos informó de que la habitación asignada había sido reparada recientemente y que el techo del baño se había pintado el día anterior debido a una humedad.

Nada más entrar percibimos un ligero olor a pintura, al que inicialmente no le dimos demasiada importancia. Sin embargo, tras aproximadamente media hora en la habitación, el olor se volvió muy intenso e insoportable. Además, comprobamos que no procedía únicamente del techo del baño, sino también de las paredes.

Bajamos a recepción para solicitar un cambio de habitación, pero nos indicaron que no había disponibilidad y que la única opción era la devolución del importe abonado. Dado que ya eran más de las 18:00, nos resultaba muy complicado encontrar otro alojamiento a esa hora, por lo que decidimos quedarnos.

Nos vimos obligados a mantener la ventana y la puerta abiertas durante horas para intentar ventilar la habitación. Aun así, el olor persistió y acabamos con un fuerte dolor de cabeza. A la mañana siguiente nos marchamos lo antes posible.

Al comunicar lo sucedido en recepción, la actitud no fue la esperada. Se nos indicó que, por el precio pagado, no podíamos quejarnos y que la habitación no se había pintado el día anterior, contradiciendo la información que se nos había dado a la llegada.

En definitiva, una experiencia muy negativa que marcó de forma desfavorable el inicio de nuestra visita a Oviedo.

Cómoda y económica
Pros:

La atención del personal es muy buena, trato cercano y familiar. Viajaba con niños y en la zona de bar les trataron genial y fueron muy atentos.
La relación calidad/precio es muy buena, no tiene lujos, pero no le falta nada.
Su ubicación esta muy cerca de algunas instalaciones importantes, y eso es un punto a favor.

Cons:

La calefacción estaba apagada, y aunque no hacia frio nos hubiera gustado un poco mas de temperatura.
No fue ningún problema, pero el confort seria mayor.
