Everything about this hotel is great, from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel and the location.

The hotel is in a great location, only about a 10‑minute walk to the CBD, and overall it is well appointed. The pool area is very nice, and although the fitness room is basic, it has what you need for a short stay. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall.
However, the parking situation was a major downside. The hotel advertises parking at $20 per day, but they do not make it clear that the onsite parking is extremely limited. I arrived to find no available spaces and had to use the alternative parking, which was very expensive — I was parked from 7:30 pm to 12:30 am and was charged $90.
If you are planning to have a rental car I would advise finding another hotel with better parking options .
Overall it has been the most beautiful place I have stayed at very beautiful view is also amazing
Location, atmosphere, and disability friendly..
Parking fee.
Amazing location, great spacious room. Excellent service and pool was fabulous!

The rooms are very large with high ceilings. Very comfy bed with big windows and blackout or sheer curtains.
There is no on site restaurant aside from a separate seafood restaurant and there are a lack of options close by/within walking distance.
Value for money
Toilet layout
No couch or comfortable armchair just bench and a couple of dining chairs.
Whilst the room was clean, the shower had a lot of mould in the silicone/ grout so made us feel a bit dirty.
Also no cafe for breakfast at the hotel, although a couple down the street and across the road.
Have clean nice room
Room was spacious, clean. Beautiful neat bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Did not meet expectations of photos, this place is extremely outdated as If it was taken over with a minor lick of paint but it is shabby as.
The room stank like drain pipes, the bathrooms had rust and grime, the walls were dirty, the bed was awful, the iron was 50 years old with rust and grime coming out of it.
This is motel quality at hotel prices
Nice hotel, bit gloomy inside, no balcony in their 2 br apartments which is strange, only small apart. Didn’t get serviced the first night, even though it was supposed to be. Asked for clean towels the 3rd day and didn’t get them for over 2 hours.
Had to wait for over an hour in reception as our room wasn’t ready - even though we were there after check-in time. Very annoying as we had been up early travelling to Qld.
The overall experience was great. The locality was perfect to get to magic round at Sun corp stadium and city buses regular. Rooms were clean and quiet except for doors banging on adjoining rooms. Silencers could make all the difference. It was a double room with one knife, three forks and one teaspoon which was inadequate, seems small details are overlooked.
Two of reception staff were great and very helpful the others very ordinary. My wife tried calling me and was told by reception the phone in my room didn’t work! Receptionist suggested she call my mobile which was experiencing SIM card problems so that wasn’t an option! She asked for a message to be taken to me in my room and it was never received. The WiFi was terrible so wifi calling wasn’t working properly either, leaving no options .
Apart from small details which could be easily addressed I would happily rebook this hotel in the future. Peter Pye
Very tidy and nice staff

The pool, the spacious rooms and high ceilings and lots of daylight
The sulphur/sewage smell coming through the bathroom floor drain.
The bed. The bed is shit. Room 306.
The mattress sinks and woke up two nights with a sore back.
Bed mattress needs to be replaced.
I like the design of the apartment. The room is specious & comfortable. Good facilities.
Nothing for me.
