The convenience above towerhill tube , the facilities are fantastic !! and staff very helpful !!! the rooms are so comfortable )

Brilliant hotel. I just love it there…

The breakfast was okay and location was great.

Cons:

Not anything in particular . I patronized same hotel in Miami and now London. Just love the concept.. coming back in August with my family. My son will love the place.

Great location, attentive, smiley and friendly personnel.
Pros:

Perfect location and close to many turist point of interest. Personnel were very friendly and had attention to our kids. Great breakfast too.

Pros:

Låg några meter intill tunnelbanan, jättegod frukost, fanns kyl och AC på rummet, fanns möjlighet att lämna väskor efter utcheckning, toppen utsikt när man väljer det rummet. Allt var toppen!

Lite hårda sängar.

Letto confortevole e impianto di raffrescamento silenzioso.

Cons:

Il personale non è tutto sorridente e disponibile. Alcuni assolutamente si ma altri molto meno.
Il fatto di non avere il bollitore in camera lo trovo un minus notevole.
Anche il blocco prefabbricato del bagno mi lascia perplesso.
La colazione non l' ho acquistata perché troppo cara rispetto a quello che offre (troppo minimal).

De Locatie, het vriendelijke personeel.

Cons:

Krappe kamer voor deze prijs. Het bed is zo geplaatst dat je over de ander heen moet klimmen om te gaan slapen. Ontbijt is niet inbegrepen en met GBp 20 per persoon duur.

Good value hotel in a super spot if London. Very multicultural whilst influencing Britishness.

Staff very visible and friendly.

Nice coffee bar, convenient bar area. Lots of seating.

Cons:

The beds....needing to climb over other person to get in and out.
Sheets were not very soft.
