Hmmm - not sure i would wanna repeat it
Pros:

The location is great

Cons:

The staff are usually not in a good mood, at least a lot of them
You dont feel welcomed for some reason
The rooms are too tiny and weird, the place downstairs makes great coffee though! And the location is great

Pros:

駅近でアクセスが良い点とベッドは広く寝心地は良かった。
朝食のスタッフは親切でクロワッサンが美味しい。

Cons:

部屋は狭いが我慢できるぎりぎりのレベル。シャワー室の排水溝の匂いは酷い。iPodも電源が入らなかったりしてストレスだった。部屋は上層階を予約しリクエストもしていたが低層階で残念だった。

The location is excellent, easier to approach most visiting places either by subway, train or Boat. Room is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
