The hotel was very well situated, close to the sights and the tube. The decor was inspiring and the staff were extremely friendly.
The attitude of one manager who said they would not have accommodated a group of university students had they known.
I have stayed at citizenM before at Victoria station. This was my first time at the Tower of London location. I found this to be much nicer and I loved the view from our bedroom overlooking the tower of London. The location was just wonderful for getting around and for having many restaurants close by. The lobby was so inviting and comfortable with all the sofas and chairs. My bed was very comfortable as well. I just love citizenM. I also must mention the Mozzo coffee staff was so friendly. I especially loved Lou. She always had a smile on her face and we went for coffee every morning. I also want to mention Neda at your rooftop bar. She was so accommodating and helpful and friendly. My husband and I love speaking with her. We loved the entire experience and I was very sad to leave. I will be back.

Bathroom let all wet because water wasn’t drained at the show
Great hotel, staff was friendly and very helpful. It has working ACs across all rooms and common areas, which is really important in the summer as London can get really hot. The room was big and spacious and really comfortable. It has direct access to the subway station (Tower Hill). The view from my room was impeccable, and even standing from the entrance of the hotel the view to Tower of London was just breathtaking. Location is great, it’s near supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies.

L'emplacement est incroyable, a 2m de la station tower hill. L'hôtel est accueillant, bien agencé et les chambres assez grandes. Grands lits très confortables et en bonus une vue incroyable.
