Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, gemütlicher Aufenthaltsbereich und schöne Dachterrasse

Cons:

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten war alles okay. Das ist aber bei dem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.

Cons:

Nous avons attendu 1h pour avoir une chambre. On nous a promis une chambre avec vue pour compenser l’attente. Au final nous avions vu sur d’autres chambres donc impossible d’ouvrir le store, qui était d’ailleurs cassé. La douche était également défectueuse. Bof pour un hôtel 4 ****

Very disappointing. Will not be choosing citizenM ever again

Check in/ out staff were all friendly, professional and helpful

Cons:

The rooms were very dirty. Stains on the walls, glass screens and dirt, grime, dust and even hair on all surfaces. The first room we were allocated was so bad we assumed that a mistake had been made and that we were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. The reception staff changed the room for us but the second one was also very dirty, so we realised it’s a hotel-wide issue. Dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen.

Soggiorno ottimo. La posizione è veramente strategica e consente di godersi appieno il soggiorno a Londra.
Pros:

La posizione e l’utilizzo di tutti gli spazi. Le camere sono grandi e ben insonorizzate. Il bagno, ricavato in uno spazio delimitato da una parete curva in vetro satinato, può non piacere a tutti.
Roof top con vista spettacolare su London Tower da un lato e i grattacieli del quartiere finanziario dall’altro.
