Bed was a bit hard for me but to be fair other people may like it like that 👍
During heatwave the air cons in the room were all switched off and we were told to keep blinds shut to avoid sun coming in. The central lobby was perfectly cooled but apparently the same could not be done for the individual rooms. All we got as a solution was a cup of ice which melted in no time!!!

Location was excellent, some of the staff were really helpful.
The room air conditioning didn't work the first night. We had raised this several time during the first night. Subsequently we were shifted to another room. It was very stuffy and uncomfortable for the night.

the whole experience was a disaster
they didnt clean the room for 3 days…no jokes. I asked twice a day, they said yes and never did it.
The hotel is very well located, right above the Tower Hill metro station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. It is situated in the heart of the Tower of London area, with quick access to major tourist attractions and public transport. The neighborhood feels safe and pleasant for tourists, and it is surprisingly quiet in the mornings.
The hotel itself is clean and welcoming, with a lovely lobby and tasteful furniture. The staff was very helpful whenever assistance was needed. The room was clean and featured a large, comfortable bed, although the space itself was rather small, which made it a bit less comfortable overall.
The room is quite small, and opening two checked suitcases can be a bit challenging, although it is manageable.
The bathroom has a capsule-style design, made of plastic and glass and integrated into the room. Despite its compact layout, it is functional.
The hotel is in an extremely brilliant location, I don’t think that could be beaten. The design is chic, the ambiance is lovely and the added bonus of the roof and several places to get a drink is fantastic. Most of the staff were really friendly.
Sadly, I stayed with my child during extreme weather and the air con didn’t work. I phoned reception as my room was like a furnace and they said it takes 45 mins for settings to kick in. It didn’t. They offered to send maintenance who didn’t come. So I left for a walk. Came back, no change. Rang reception and same explanation as before. Finally I went to reception and someone called Joseph was fairly rude to me saying it’s a cheap hotel etc and seemed to be in some kind of one-upping with me when I explained it was a lot of money for me. He was the only rude person. Everyone else was so kind. But for 3 nights sleep it was disgustingly hot. I would love to stay again but with no guarantee of the air con situation I wouldn’t want to risk that again.
