Hôtel très sympa mais peut mieux faire
Pros:

Très bel accueil. Personnel très aidant et agréable.

Cons:

Une climatisation bruyante, un ascenseur vétuste ne permettant pas la bonne circulation et surtout un petit-déjeuner de très faibles qualité.

Bon emplacement et personnel exceptionnel
Pros:

Hotel très bien placé au coeur du quartier 'El Maaref'. Le personnel est exceptionnel. Ils étaient tous très aimables et à l'aide, et toujours souriants. Nous avons passé un séjour plus qu'agréable moi, ma mère et mon fils.

Wankers charged me twicw!
Cons:

Would have been good, but they claimed that my payment through booking.com hadn't arrived, and asked me to pay directly ... next day, I check my account, and my booking.com payment had gone through ...

I still haven't got my double payment back ... sucks!
