Friendliest staff ever
Pros:

Friendly helpful reception lady, excellent rooms staff lady who had excellent local advice on the local tourist attractions, and the restaurant staff were very good. Just all round friendly people

should have asked for a late check-out to 1pm! Will be back.

suite in loft was really nice, room 9 from memory, clean and very comfortable, breakfast room was quiet when we got down, staff attentive, room fashionable, decor very good, food even better!

Cons:

`just could be cleaner in the room's own WC - perfect other than that - oh the toiletries were not full and hard to get the shampoo/cond/gel from the wall-mounted units... maybe change that system is all

Pros:

Lovely staff nice restaurant.

Cons:

In a disabled room. Didn’t like the bathroom. The room lacked a bit of luxury and overlooked the roof. It was Sunday night and not busy so thought we could have had a better room.

Good location for visiting local attractions and dining at MacNean House.

Cons:

Breakfast service was very slow and had some very overcooked bacon which was just inedible. Dined in bar on one night, chips were totally inedible.

Pros:

Breakfast was the only disappointment. Limited options that were healthy or not cooked. The menu said homemade granola but there wasn’t any. No croissants or pastries offered (though I asked and one was found).

Hotel feel to this B & B - rooms very comfortable Fabulous breakfast. Less than a ten minute walk to McNean House where we met Nevin Maguire ! Fantastic night away !

Pros:

Staff were excellent, food was exceptional albeit the portions of the starters could be a little smaller as I was full after the starter. Room was very comfortable.
The only item I would fault is they should have more shower gels, shampoo available, this is only an observation and not a complaint.
We stayed for one night after doing the stairway to heaven which is ideally located to the hotel.

Cons:

I loved the entire experience and I would recommend a stay here I would absolutely return.
