Stellar experience from beginning to end
Pros:

Fabulous hotel with 5 star service. The staff was incredible from the first to the last second. They knew our names, gave us gifts for the kids, extended our checkout by an hour for free, all with a smile and genuine care. The food is also outstanding.

Très bon acceuil , vue magnifique dans le lobby et personnel très accueillant. Le lit était très confortable et la chambre était superbe.

Pros:

Le Four Seasons Casablanca est un magnifique établissement qui mérite pleinement sa réputation et ses étoiles!!!

Dès l'entrée, on est impressionné. Le hall est somptueux, les boutiques de l'hôtel sont magnifiques et l'ensemble respire l'élégance et le haut standing.

Le personnel est irréprochable : accueillant, réactif, souriant et très professionnel. On sent immédiatement que le service est à la hauteur des attentes d'un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Les chambres sont très confortables et l'ensemble de l'établissement est parfaitement entretenu.

Le restaurant est bon, mais alors... le petit-déjeuner!!! C'est tout simplement exceptionnel. Il y a absolument de tout, avec des produits de qualité et un choix impressionnant. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. C'est, sans hésiter, l'un des meilleurs petits-déjeuners que j'ai eu l'occasion de déguster.

L'emplacement est également un vrai point fort. L'hôtel est directement relié au centre commercial AnfaPlace, ce qui est très pratique, et depuis la terrasse du restaurant, la vue sur l'océan est magnifique. On profite du calme de la Corniche tout en étant à seulement quelques minutes des principaux sites de Casablanca.

Franchement, c'est un très bel hôtel. Tout est pensé pour offrir une expérience haut de gamme et l'on s'y sent parfaitement bien.

Cons:

Honnêtement, je n'ai pas de défaut majeur à relever. Mon séjour s'est déroulé dans d'excellentes conditions et l'établissement est pleinement à la hauteur de ce que l'on attend d'un Four Seasons.

Pros:

Les installations et équipements sont de qualité.
Le personnel est aux petits soins pour ses clients, mention spéciale au maitre nageur Abdelali qui s’occupe de la piscine et garde toujours un oeil sur les enfants aux abords et dans le bassin.

Not up to the standards of Fourseason chain.
Pros:

It is nice that it is close to the beach, efficient staff. Quick check in.

Cons:

The hotel is really old & tired looking, definitely not up to the Fourseasons standard of luxury, it needs major renovation. It functions more like a business hotel. Due to It’s location next to the beach, it is also very humid. There is definitely a problem of humidity, even the cupboard in the room is humid .
Very small pool with too many chairs around. Due to the shape of the building, not much of view from one’s windows except the windows of the other rooms… it has no charm, doesn’t feel like a hotel, more like a residence compound for business.
It is rather expensive for what it offers.
