Pleasant stay in convenient location
Pros:

Room was clean and decent size. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is great - Lotte Mall and others in walking distance. Breakfast had a good and plenty choices for Indonesian style breakfast. Limited for western breakfast. I used room service twice and it was fast.

Pros:

First time we have stayed here.
Nice hotel, good breakfast.
The staff were kind and helpful when my wife had a problem with her phone.

Cons:

No real problems with this hotel.
Only thing we were disappointed about was not many TV channels.
After a long day out we just wanted to relax and watch TV.
But no movie or sports channels.
