Pros:

Convenient location and we were able to park onsite. Good food.

Nice, quiet location, the bar was fun and the food and service in the restaurant were great!

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel and hear the springs whenever you moved.
The shower drain was partially clogged so we had to worry that it would overflow the edge while showering.
The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and they don’t have any staff onsite. All the guests were outside in our pajamas until the fire department arrived, still no staff. Fire department cleared the hotel, told us to evacuate if the alarm went off again and left. Still no staff.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war für 2 Personen viel zu klein, keine Chance die Koffern zu öffnen. Auch das Bett ist eher für eine Person gedacht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist maximal ein Einzelzimmer.

Gute Lage, eher mittelmässiges, aber sauberes Hotel
Pros:

Das Corriegarth Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage in einem Wohngebiet etwas oberhalb der Innenstadt. Dadurch ist man etwas abseits des Touristenrummels.
Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber sauber und mit Wasserkocher und Tee/Kaffee ausgerüstet; es wurde täglich gereinigt und aufgefüllt. Die Dusche war sehr gut.
Das Hotel macht einen etwas muffigen und in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck. Es hat einen Pub, der abends gut besucht ist. Es hat einen Frühstücksraum, wir haben aber nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt. In der näheren Umgebung sind einige sehr nette Cafés.
Es gibt einen recht grossen Parkplatz, er hat ist allerdings schnell voll, da auch die Pub BesucherInnen dort parken. Wir haben aber immer einen Platz gefunden.

Cons:

Der Empfang im Hotel war eher unfreundlich, obwohl wir einige Mails für das online Einchecken erhalten (und ausgefüllt) hatten, schien es, als wären sie von unserem Besuch überrascht. Sie hatten auch den Hund bei der Bezahlung der Rechnung nicht beachtet, so dass alles relativ lang ging.
Wir hatten danach keinen Kontakt mehr mit Hotel Angestellten.

Pros:

Nettes Zimmer mit Straßenblick im ersten OG (ohne Lift). Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Der warme Teil des Frühstücks wurde frisch gemacht (Auswahl nach Karte), von Einheimischen und Reisenden gut besuchter Pub im Erdgeschoss mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und toller Getränkeauswahl

Cons:

Weg zu Fuß vom (Bus-)Bahnhof mit Gepäck ist beschwerlich (bergauf), jedoch fahren auch 2 x die Stunde Busse
