A truly exceptional place to stay and unwind
Pros:

The hotel is a beautifully restored early 20th century house/pension, in probably the best location in town. Everything is geared to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast is truly superb!

A beautiful spot
Pros:

The location was great! They offered us a choice of 2 rooms and we of course took the one with the castle view! It was stunning. The bathroom had such old charm. The breakfast was great. They offer smoothies, fresh fruit, a hot breakfast and more.
The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

I assume it is because of the old building, but we did have some spiders that we had to take care of.

Zeer rustig gelegen, in stijl ingericht, kleinschalig hotel, tussen centrum en de fortificaties. Eigen parkeergelegenheid met laadpaal. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt in sfeervolle ruimte. Mooie leeszaak op de bovenste etage, voor de liefhebbers en als het minder mooi weer is :-)

Tolle Lage. Das Hotel liegt in einem Park und wirkt innen wie außen wie eine Zeitkapsel aus einer anderen Zeit. Die Zimmer wurden technisch Auf einen neuen Stand gebracht ansonsten spiegeln sie eine Zeit von etwa 1920 wieder. Wer will kann nachts die Fenster öffnen, so ruhig ist es. Wie viele schrieben, das Frühstück ist klasse. Eine to,ke Auswahl und das für so wenige Zimmer. Das Hotel hat für warme Tag auch Tische in einem schönen Garten außen. Das es kein Restaurant für den Abend hat ist kein Nachteil, den die Stadtmitte mit den Restaurants ist 6-8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für E-Auto Fahrer gibt es sogar eine Wallbox gegen Bezahlung. Die Preise dafür sind fair

Mir hat alles gefallen, man muss sich halt mit der Tatsache arrangieren dass man beim Frühstücken nicht immer den Tisch bekommt, der einem am besten gefällt weil schon jemand da sitzt. Es ist halt ein kleines Hotel mit viel Herz

Das Hotel liegt in einem Park neben einer Burg. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ungewöhnlich und ohne Angst vor Kitsch und Plüsch. Das üppige Frühstück kann man mit Blick auf die Burg in bequemen Plüschsesseln genießen.

Die Lage ist super. Nachts absolut ruhig, jedenfalls von außen. Die Bibliothek unterm Dach mit Lesesesseln. Der sehr aufmerksame Service. Köstliches Frühstück.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätte ich lieber auf einem Stuhl an einem richtigen Tisch gesessen als in einem Sessel.
