A comfortable room at a good price and well looked after by friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is well positioned for a visit to Newton Mearns, its shopping centre and surrounding areas. And after a family visit we flew home to Spain from Prestwick which was a straight, relatively quick, drive from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There really isn’t anything not to like.

We were there for 5 days. I can honestly say I enjoyed it. Parklands was well placed for our visit,
Pros:

We've known about Parklands for some time and know relatives and friends who are/were members, so we had an expectation when we stayed there.
We were not disappointed. Parklands was what we were expecting.
Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Good breakfast. Good / interesting choice of meals and the best sea bass I have ever had. so good, I had it 3 nights in a row.
There was a chair in our room. If its not there now, its in my house.
BEST of all are the staff. They are the ingredient which makes a hotel and they were so helpful. 5 star for them.

Cons:

Nothing. I have no adverse comments to make.

Excellent service, friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble

The hotel was excellent, clean and tidy, everything we required for our stay was there, what really stood out, was the staff, everyone off them was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble, and they all looked happy to be there. It was a pleasure to start there

Our favourite place to escape and unwind!
Pros:

This was our 5th stay at Parklands Hotel, and we’ve already booked our next visit for our anniversary next year. I think that says everything!

The hotel is fantastic, and the staff are always so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The spa is amazing, and the food is absolutely delicious too.

For us, going away is all about completely switching off and relaxing, and Parklands is perfect for that. This time we booked an Executive Suite, and honestly, we barely wanted to leave the room! We spent our time lounging around, watching films, ordering room service and simply enjoying doing absolutely nothing. It was pure bliss. ❤️

There’s something really special about knowing you can return somewhere and always feel completely at home. Parklands never disappoints, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff for another fantastic visit. See you next year! 🥂❤️

Was ok but not fantastic ! If you have a disturbed sleep ( as we did both nights) the Premier Inn refund your money! We

Good location and great staff

Cons:

No basics in bathroom ie soap which we had to request!
Also we were on the first floor and both nights there was loud music playing which kept us awake until after 12 in the evening!

Pros:

Spa and pool. The size of the room. Wonderful bathroom. Spacious, shower and large bath. Food very nice.staff friendly and helpful. Definitely going again.
