Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is excellent — the metro is nearby, and most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Unfortunately, this was probably the only advantage of this hotel.

The hotel claims to be a four-star hotel, but it definitely does not meet four-star standards. We booked an upgraded room with a corner balcony, but honestly, we would have been better off booking a standard room and saving money. The windows faced the inner courtyard directly into other windows, so it felt like “window-to-window” with no privacy at all — terrible.

There were two of us staying in the room, but only one bathrobe and one pair of slippers were provided. The floor in the room was extremely dirty.

The only drinks provided were two bottles of water, and even those were not complimentary. The reception staff were very unfriendly — they would continue their personal conversations while guests were waiting in line instead of helping them.

The hotel was also incredibly noisy. Doors were constantly slamming, and the noise was so strong that the bed would literally shake from it.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. We left with a very negative impression.

I had a exceptional time and will be back again.
Pros:

The location is perfect the bedrooms are clean and smell good the beds are comfortable the balcony is the best part and the rooftop is great too.

Cons:

There could be better options for room service.
