Las llaves de ingreso a la habitación se me dentro de la misma, nunca me ha gustado dar regulares o malas calificaciones sobre personal o empleados porque soy uno más , pero la señora Lina del aseo de una manera grosera y algo alterada se enfureció porque le pedí el favor que la abriera y estaba exactamente a en la habitación de enseguida, un hotel 5 estrellas debe dar capacitaciones y modos de manejar a un cliente, qué pena el mensaje pero muy grosera la señora, todos los demás estupendamente bien

The hotel is in a very convenient location for accessing all the sights in Prague. It's very near to shops and restaurants and the excellent public transport takes you to other parts of the city, over to the other side of the river, to the castle etc.. and the older neighbourhoods. The room was very comfortable, good sized comfortable bed, and quiet even with a city outlook from our window. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful.

The stuff is very nice and friendly, we got the beautiful room with balcony and the perfect view on the National Museum. We had a birthday during our stay and we got a cake and champagne as a present with some decorations in our room. Definitely recommend this hotel for everyone!
The entrance is hard to find because of the constructions nearby.
I really liked staying here. It’s very centrally located and restaurants, mini marts, and local attractions within the vicinity. Location is definitely a 10. The valet parking was efficient and definitely a plus. Employees were very friendly, professional and accommodating. Our room was fantastic - Executive room - very spacious, had a balcony and the shower in particular was my favorite. The breakfast was also delicious.
