War mal eine gute 3* Hotel …. Jetz in Jahre gekommen und ja hat auf ungeklärte Grunde 5* 🤔

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – nicht dem erwarteten 5-Sterne-Standard entsprechend

vor Mitternacht angereist. Das auf Booking.com angegebene Valet Parking war nach 22:00 Uhr nicht mehr verfügbar; die alternative Parkmöglichkeit war zudem problematisch.

Das Zimmer lag zum Innenhof und war durch eine unmittelbar gelegene Lüftungsanlage dauerhaft deutlich hörbar. Auch bei geschlossenem Fenster war der Lärm störend.

Zudem waren Teile der Einrichtung deutlich beschädigt bzw. stark abgenutzt. Auch die Handtücher waren außergewöhnlich verschlissen und der Duschbereich nicht ausreichend abgegrenzt.

Die barrieregerechte Ausstattung des Zimmers als solche ist nicht unser Kritikpunkt – sondern dessen konkreter Zustand.

Insgesamt entsprach der vorgefundene Zustand aus unserer Sicht deutlich nicht dem Standard, den wir bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet hatten.

Deluxe room description is misleading.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, good location.

Cons:

We paid extra for a "Deluxe room with city view" - Our room had a view of the other side of the street! When challenged, the hotel said "That IS the city view"! Looking at the position of the hotel, I doubt whether any of the rooms, except perhaps on the very top floors, had any city views. The room was said to have a large seating area with a sofa/bed, it didn't. When challenged the hotel said "not all rooms have that" - so why make it a feature of the listing?

Sehr sauberes und schönes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt.

Posizione ottima!
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione centrale, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, da cui è possibile raggiungere anche a piedi le principali mete turistiche, il letto era molto comodo e la stanza abbastanza spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

La struttura non è proprio nuova e probabilmente avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata negli arredi, come in molti hotel a Praga non è presente il bidet nel bagno. La classificazione di hotel a 5 stelle non è idonea, sarebbe molto più appropriato classificarlo 4 stelle.

Pros:

地點很好 房間也很舒適 樓下就有麥當勞 前面是地鐵站 站內有超商和賣現烤pizza. 壽星還有蛋糕和香檳驚喜🎂 很開心😃

Cons:

櫃台幫忙叫的計程車liftago，到機場ㄧ躺收費30-40歐元 也不能刷卡。用bolt叫車大概只要16-20歐元

الفندق لايصلح لسياح الخليج بسبب ان الفندق قديم واثاثه قديم والسرير يسبب آلام في الظهر والتكييف لايعمل جيداً ورائحة الممرات بين الغرف كريهة

Buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación aunque había obras y el acceso era complicado. Tenía la última plata la 6 pero al estar de frente no se veía gran cosa el museo quedaba en un lado

Cons:

Que no tiene una recepción como tal, cuando entras tienes que subir una escaleras mecánicas hasta la recepción la cual es muy pequeña. La habitación era súper pequeña apenas tenía espacio. No es un 5* como nos imaginamos en España este sería un 4* bajo

Además tenía regalado por Genius habitación luxe con vista y salida tarde lo cual no me dieron
