O quarto no geral é bom e as roupas de cama eram bem limpas.

Cons:

Atendimento. Liguei para pedir um secador, que eu já tinha preenchido um formulário de solicitação e não tinha secador disponível, ainda assim. Pedi para que me avisasse quando tivesse um disponível e o moço da recepção me disse para ligar novamente até ter um disponível. Achei bem ruim isso. Ele poderia ter anotado o meu quarto e retornado.
