Monte 3 étages sans escalier, avec beaucoup de valise. Alors que j’avais envoyé un mail 1 mois avant mon arrivé pour avoir une chambre au 1er.

Très bon accueil. Personnel professionnel et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est parfait . L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer le centre du Suriname à pieds

Cons:

La chambre es propre mais pas sous le lit (mais ça ne se voit pas). L'eau chaude n'est pas très commode. Le petit déjeuner est servi à 8h (donc attention aux départs matinaux)

Mijn verblijf in Hotel Palacio was zonder meer fantastisch en uiterst comfortabel, vooral dankzij de warme gastvrijheid,

Zonder meer een erg prettig verblijf gehad. Zodra je bij Hotel Palacio binnenstapt, ervaar je direct de authentieke en warme Surinaamse sfeer; het voelt werkelijk als thuiskomen. De kamers zijn comfortabel en netjes, en de locatie is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor je verblijf.

Wat dit hotel echter écht onderscheidt, is het fantastische team. Het personeel is bekwaam en erg vriendelijk. Je bent hier geen nummer, maar een gewaardeerde gast. Aan alles is te merken dat ze hun vak verstaan: er wordt met je meegedacht, waardoor alle facetten van je reis soepel en zorgeloos verlopen. Die persoonlijke en oprechte aandacht maakt echt een wereld van verschil.
Daarnaast vond ik de professionele en open benadering vanuit de leiding erg sterk. Ik heb een goed gesprek gehad met Rochelle (Manager), wat de welkome en betrokken sfeer van dit hotel alleen maar onderstreept.

Kortom, een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die Suriname bezoekt. Ik geef het een welverdiende 10 uit 10 en kom hier bij een volgende trip heel graag weer terug!

Séjour sympathique!
Pros:

L’emplacement à 2 mn de Burger King. La propreté, le petit déjeuner et le personnel très chaleureux.

Cons:

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur et qu’il faille monter ses bagages. C’est dommage! Cependant le personnel nous a aidé à les monter.
