Frühstück
İm Zimmer war alles defekt. Lichter, der Stuhl, Duschkopf.. Fetnseher war vom Jahr 2000 geblieben. İch hatte im Mülleimer einen benutzten Kondom was nicht mir gehörte habe dir Mülltone sofort vor die Türe hingestellt. Auf den Kissen, wo wir noch nicht benutzt hatten waren Makeup flecken.. und und und und und.. 90 Euro für ein Club Zimmer zahlen und so was erhalten. Niewieder
Frühstück ist gut, Lage kann man nach Zimmerausblick bewerten. Zimmerausblick zur E5 Hauptstraße ist ziemlich laut. Zimmerausblick zur Stadt ist ruhiger aber nicht besonders schön.

The room i booked was big enough but also it meant to be big. The location is good
The facility seem to be clean.
Many things:
First of all, this is not the normal dedeman. It is the budget one which is next to dedeman hotel.
Smells cigarette like hell! : the floor was non smoking floor but the whole floor and my room was smelling cigarette. I suffered from it my whole stay. This is not acceptable. When asked, they say some customers just smoke. Like what the hell? Put better detectors then! For sake of selling room, they tolerate these things. Non smoking room and floor loses its meaning.
Room size: superior room was big but bathroom was very small compared to room size.
AC doesn't work. They keep saying it is central system and will send someone, they couldn't fix. I ended up sleeping windows open, and since it is next to main road, it was very laud.
Breakfast was not included, and if i wanted, i would need to pay 25 euros. That's crazy amount.
Despite booking superior room, the first day, the room only had towels, unlike what was promised on booking com.. It was only second day when they put slippers etc.
I asked for early checkin. They kept saying depends on availability, nobody informed me until i went there early morning only to find out they dont have rooms yet.
In the photos, they have expresso machine, but the room doesn't have it.
The soup and shampoo bottle was empty
This shows no supervising or fallow up on the cleaning staff
