Good hotel just needs some fine adjustments
Pros:

In front of the beach. Comfy room with great breakfast.

Cons:

Room cleaning could be better. Left with minimal toilet paper and toilet not cleaned!

Beautiful beach side hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach. I enjoyed my room with the view of the water and bridge. The room was nice size and clean with a nice bath. The neighborhood is lively with lots of food and drink options. Temeprature was good in room. I had breakfast once and it was a good continental with a variety of options for different tastes. The lift had a nice view of the water as you went up. I liked the ability to do express checkout. Staff was lovely and I communicated well with them. I had papago prepared but it wasn't necessary. Good access to metro and bus stops. I would book again.

Cons:

Glad there was a sign as it was a bit surprising to have reception on the 15th floor. Also get ready for a wait for the lifts. It would be nice to have more but oh well. There was a mention of another elevator "opposite side" but not where it was. They had the fire door closed but would be nice to know it was behind the door. Regarding laundry-mention of coin laundry in convenience store 1 minute away but not mention of name or where it was. Regardless figured out proper search term in Naver so it ended up being fine. Also the bed was way too firm. I realize they cant please everyone but it put a lot of pressure on my artificial hip.

Colazione internazionale, ma niente cappuccino o dolci.
Era più salata .

Cons:

Appena arrovati è stato complicato trovare la reception , perché non c'era nessuna indicazione e quindi vagavamo con tutte le valigie tra ascendori e anditi.
Poi abbiamo risolto grazie all'aiuto di una persona che alloggiava nello stesso hotel.
Dopo la prima notte abbiamo notato che la camera non era stata pulita.
Solo riordinato il letto.
Poi per fortuna, il giorno seguente hanno passato l'aspirapolvere e hanno cambiato asciugamani.
Così fino alla partenza.

Posizione al top per chi ama le passeggiate sulla spiaggia
Pros:

La posizione stupenda in riva al mare e il quartiere circostante pieno di ristoranti con ampia scelta di piatti da provare. Il collegamento con i mezzi di trasporto non manca con i bus di linea o la stazione della metro a 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel.

Amazing location and great stay!
Pros:

The location is perfect, right in front of Gwangalli Beach, one of the most famous spots in Busan. There are lots of cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, and shops nearby, including places open until very late.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. The area felt safe, and the staff were friendly and approachable. For the price, it was definitely worth it. Would happily stay here again! 😊

Cons:

The elevator was a bit slow since there’s only one. Also, the room wasn’t cleaned properly everyday, especially the trash can, which was sometimes left with trash inside.
