Great stay
Pros:

Microwave and fridge in room was a really good option
Lots of info on places to eat nearby from reception
Lots of info on takeaways locally
Room had plates bowls and cutlery ready to use so felt civilised even using microwave in room

Cons:

Lots of paperwork on checking and signing to say you are not going to smoke in room and having to sign to say you agree
Taking a £1 deposit on your card so they know it’s you and so they have your details if they want to charge you extras
Having traveled a long way just wanted a room key so I could use the toilet

Pros:

Exquisite location with very easy access to motorway links and the local area attractions.Easy secure parking.Fridge and microwave in the room were a nice touch.Staff friendly and knowledgable.

My sister and I share a room as it half way between our homes. Enjoy watching barges.
Pros:

Plenty of choice in the pub and it had good outdoor seating with nice view's.

Cons:

Prefer the first floor as I feel its a bit more private.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Great walking trails near by.
Pros:

The room had a fridge, microwave plus real ceramic tea cups and saucer. Hot water kettle and both coffee & tea. Its a great way to start one's morning

Cons:

We are Americans and are used to having small wash clothes to wash our face.
All of England, where we've stayed, only have bath and hand towels.
Its just a culture thing. I asked for extra hand towel and the staff was happy to get me one.

Receptionist 18-05-26 couldn't make eye contact was rude as she came through front door she allowed door to shut while I was going out bad manners ignorant . Night sucturity great and morning receptionist just the one person doesn't deserve to have thr job
