From start to finish great atmosphere, friendly staff and great food!
Pros:

The hotel was a great find, the setting is lovely and peaceful but not too far away from the theatre and pubs. I would definitely book again.

Nice quiet location by the canal
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy, and the fridge was a nice addition, don't generally get one in a lot of budget hotels anymore. Nice size secure carpark outside too, which is free for patrons of the hotel and pub thats attached to it.

Cons:

Not much, was a little bit warm in the room but there was the usual fan provided.

First visit here, met all expectations.
Pros:

The room met our expectations. It was well equipped. The staff at check-in were excellent and very helpful.
The carvery next door was very handy.

Cons:

Our room overlooked the car park, which at times was quite noisy. A room overlooking the marina will be preferred if we were ever to return.
