Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena a 2 cuadras de la plaza principal. El personal es muy amable y atento.

Pros:

Without a doubt, this was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Peru. The location is excellent: close enough to the Plaza Mayor to reach everything on foot, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The hotel is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were absolutely incredible. Everyone we interacted with was dedicated, attentive, always available and seemingly tireless in making sure guests had the best possible experience.

Cons:

The only minor drawback was the breakfast area, which is located on the rooftop terrace. While the idea of having breakfast with views of the mountains is lovely, the scenery is somewhat affected by the surrounding buildings, and it can be rather chilly if one of the tables in the sun is not available. This is by no means something that would prevent me from staying here again, but it was perhaps the only small inconvenience we experienced.

Posizione ottima, staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Camera con tutto il necessario.

La finestra affacciava sul corridoio quindi non c'era molta privacy.

Ruime, propere kamers volledig uitgerust. Super vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt op het zonnig dakterras met prachtig uitzicht op de vulkanen. Taxi via hotel was zeer goed.

Beautifully appointed modern boutique in central Arequipa
Pros:

Cosy modern and well located boutique hotel in Arequipa that was close enough to walk to the Placa de Armas and other sights but tucked away a little off the main busy areas so it’s perfect for for a peaceful and very comfortable night’s sleep away from the noise and crowds -lovely staff, very comfy beds and well appointed rooms
TIP: book the Junior suite which is reasonably priced, very spacious and in a quieter part of the hotel without facing the Main Street

Schönes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Super und zentrale Lage, ein paar Minuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt; Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf die Vulkane und die Stadt; bequeme Betten und moderne Ausstattung mit genügend Stauraum; Frühstück klasse (á la carte) und sehr frisch als auch liebevoll zubereitet

Cons:

Die Bar auf der Dachterrasse ist wenig besetzt bzw. Kommt niemand, um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Hier verpasst das Hotel meiner Meinung nach eine Chance der Einnahmequelle. Die Dachterrasse könnte zudem noch etwas Musik vertragen - schade, dass diese nicht optimal genutzt wird, denn sie ist sehr sehr schön!

Ein weiterer, aber ein nur ein Mini Minuspunkt: trotz des „Bitte nicht stören“ Schildes an meiner Zimmertüre hat die Putzfrau das Zimmer betreten und stand bei mir im Raum - dies darf meiner Meinung nach nicht passieren. War in diesem Fall aber nicht weiter schlimm.

Excellent hôtel avec un personnel super
Pros:

Le cadre est superbe, entre la façade extérieure, l’intérieur tout en patio et la terrasse de l’hôtel… magnifique !

Les chambres très confortables et l’emplacement vraiment pratique pour circuler dans tous les lieux d’interêt de la ville à pied.

Le personnel est adorable, avec un service impeccable et un petit déjeuner à la carte qui est très bon.

Cons:

Le seul vrai point négatif : l’insonorisation est très mauvaise, notamment si, comme nous, vous dormez côté rue : entre la circulation des voitures et bus, le bruit des restaurants environnants et le passage des autres résidents de l’hôtel, on entend tout
