The most comfortable hotel stay. Keep up the good work.
Pros:

The hotel was amazing. I have stayed in many hotels over the course of my life and the Palla Boutique Hotel in Arequipa is without a doubt the most comfortable I have ever been. The roof top deck is dream. Breakfast coffee looking at the mountains. Nothing like it.

Do quarto! Não tinha ar condicionado, a base de chuveiro era minúscula e a água pouco quente. Não acho que corresponda a um padrão de um hotel de 4 estrelas.

Bien situé et beau décor. Équipé agréable et serviable

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très cher et les horaires pas toujours adaptés aux excursions. La douche gérait mal la température. Pendant nos 3 nuits, chaque jour pareil: un coup froid, un coup bouillant. Les chambres étaient froides et avec de l’humidité dû aux pierres et la construction de l’immeuble . Notre chambre était au sous-sol - à éviter. Nous n’y retournerons plus lors de notre prochain passage
