Tenebroso, fujam desse hotel.

A estadia foi péssima. Ao chegar no quarto 917, nos deparamos com o vidro da porta do banheiro todo rachado, preso somente com uma fita adesiva, a maçaneta completamente solta, ou seja, um perigo enorme! O ralo do box estava fora do lugar, as paredes cheias de cabelo, chão sujo de cabelo e poeira, papel de chocolate no chão. Ao tomar banho, o banheiro ficou todo alagado, não tem nenhuma contenção da água! Continuando... o abajour de um dos lados da cama não funcionava, a parte do congelador da geladeira estava cheia de gelo de forma que não cabia nada! Os espelhos muito sujos, com marcas de uso de outros hóspedes, e tinha até remédio na gaveta.
Para uma diária de quase 1000 reais isso é inadimissível!! Não vale nem 20 reais.
Sem falar que a comida do buffet do jantar, pelo qual pagamos 114 reais por pessoa, estava frio, nada estava fresco, tudo de péssima qualidade. O queijo quente que pedi no quarto estava frio, batata frita fria e molenga.
Tentei elogiar alguma coisa, mas não consegui.

Tudo perfeito!
Pros:

Café da manhã maravilhoso, colaboradores educados, super atenciosos e dão um excelente suporte, tivemos um pequeno problema no ar condicionado e eles resolveram na mesma hora, fiquei super satisfeita.
O quarto é muito lindo, tudo muito bem arrumado e limpo, a vista é maravilhosa!! Tudo perfeito!!
