Nos sentimos como en casa, todos son muy amables y el lugar está muy bien ubicado
Pros:

El desuyuno espectacular, cada día habia variedad de frutas y jugos, el trato con la pequeña de nuestra familia fue increible. Las chicas del servicio de la cocina son muy amables.
La ubicación de la Casita es increible, te encuentras frente del mar y puedes ir sin ningún problema.
La antención de Sofia y Tatiana es muy buena, son muy gentiles y están pendientes de todo. Felicitaciones

Amazing view best room
Pros:

The best beach front and best view from our room. Breakfast awsome, every day a diffrent variety loved the ceviche and stew meat for breakfast.our bed was excellent and room and bathroom size was great. We couldn't ask for a better set up .
Staff were ready to help supper nice and accommodating. Not to forget the most beautiful dining upstairs with panoramic view right in front of the beach 😍

Fantastic views and location but aging facility
Pros:

Excellent location. You feel like you are right on the beach and are right in the middle restaurants and shops. Great ocean views! The staff were very friendly breakfast was good!

Cons:

We booked a tour through the hotel and found out they upcharged us by nearly double the going rate. I would expect to pay more for the booking fee but not nearly 100% more. When we asked about a transfer from the ferry they indicated it would cost $50. A taxi is $2/person for reference. The hotel is dated and in need of some TLC; mould in the shower, stained towels, broken umbrellas, etc. Being next to the ocean I expect upkeep is constant but they are not staying ahead of it. Do not expect a high end hotel for the price. Because Isabela Island is so incredible and the hotel location and views are so fantastic we were willing to overlook the condition of the hotel and upcharges and not let it negatively impact our stay. But manage your expectations is you stay here.

Pros:

La vista de la habitación a la playa ( costo diferenciado), la ubicación del hotel, en la calle donde se ubican bares y restaurantes, muy cerca del mercado donde se come rico y a buen precio Se destaca la atención de Sofía

Cons:

Cuesta regular la temperatura del agua de la ducha. Las habitaciones con vista al mar del primer piso quedan expuestas por el tránsito de la gente por la calle.
La caja fuerte es pequeña
