excelente ubicación , cerca a la embajada, hay estación de transmilenio a 3 cuadras, la zona del hotel es tranquila y se siente confiable , la opcion de poder soliciitar el desayuno para que recibirlo alli mismo, habitaciones limpias y comfortables

Uno de los que atiende en recepción un hombre de barba, es poco atento y considerado. Mi pareja le pidió calentar agua para un té en recepción y le dijo que tenía que esperar al día siguiente, luego yo intenté pedirle el favor de calentar agua para una taza de té para ella y se mostró indiferente y me dijo no. Solo eso, impacta negativamente la buena atención de los demás.
