Le personnel exceptionnel. D'une gentillesse incroyable, la qualité de service. Toujours souriantes, à l'écoute, disponibles. On s'est sentis sincèrement aimés et c'était réciproque. De très belles personnes! Mes jumeaux les adorent et nous aussi. Merci d'avoir rendu ce voyage extraordinaire et chaleureux. On s'est sentis comme à la maison.
La chambre était plus grande que ce qu'on pensait avec une petite kitchenette en prime . La Laverie au RDC.
La proximité du métro, du bus, des commerces. Le quartier agréable et calme. La proximité avec le temple du Ciel.
Les différentes indications et conseils pour visiter les différents monuments
Honnêtement cet hôtel est parfait pour un séjour comme le notre , on a tout pour s'y sentir bien.
Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours.
La carte de visite indique "my home in Beijing" et c'est exactement la sensation que nous avions eue. Comme si on visitait la famille. Au delà du matériel, l'équipe est vraiment le point clé et la beauté de cet hôtel. Merci à elles! ❤️

Ce sont des détails mais qui pourraient rendre l'expérience encore plus confortable qu elle ne l'est déjà: un petit frigo dans la chambre et des chaises en nombre suffisant ainsi qu'un étendoir à linge

Prima kamer op een prima plek.
Pros:

Hotel ligt vlakbij de tempel van de hemel. Maar, belangrijker, het ligt bij een metrostation waarmee je zonder overstappen de belangrijkste trekpleisters van Beijing kunt bereiken. Het station is 200-300m lopen.
De buurt is in de avond/nacht, super rustig dus je kunt goed slapen. Kamer is ruim.

Cons:

Bedden zijn hard maar dat is vaak in China.

Totally recommended
Pros:

The location was great, close to temple of heaven. Close to the supermarket and subway station.the receptionist are all good and helpful. They help us with booking and app installation
