Nigdy więcej nie zatrzymam się w tym hotelu i zdecydowanie nie polecam go innym osobom.

Cons:

Od samego wejścia do hotelu pojawił się problem z komunikacją – pani na recepcji nie mówiła po angielsku na tyle, aby móc nam pomóc i wyjaśnić opcje dotyczące śniadania. Pierwszy pokój, który otrzymaliśmy, był bardzo brudny i zdecydowanie nieprzygotowany na przyjęcie gości. Na podłodze znajdowały się obce włosy, plamy po soku i kosmetykach, drzwi oraz ściany były bardzo brudne, na pościeli była czekolada, a ręczniki wyglądały, jakby dawno nie były wymieniane. Balkon był cały zabrudzony przez ptaki, a okna tak brudne, że praktycznie nie było widać, co znajduje się na zewnątrz. Dodatkowo kabina prysznicowa miała zatkany odpływ.

Po kilku rozmowach z recepcją zgodzono się na zmianę pokoju. Niestety drugi pokój również pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Jedyną poprawą była czysta podłoga i pościel. Prysznic nadal miał zatkany odpływ, toaleta nieprzyjemnie pachniała, klimatyzacja raz działała, a raz nie, a ściany i drzwi nadal były brudne. Standard czystości zdecydowanie nie odpowiadał standardowi, jakiego oczekuje się od hotelu.

Na sam koniec pobytu spotkała nas jeszcze bardzo nieprzyjemna sytuacja – pani z recepcji zażądała od nas 50 BHT za zabrudzony ręcznik. Rozumiem, że ręczniki należy szanować, ale trudno zaakceptować dodatkową opłatę w sytuacji, gdy za pobyt płacimy za sprzątanie i codziennie zostawiamy napiwki dla personelu sprzątającego. Szczególnie że chodziło o zwykłe zabrudzenie ręcznika, który można wyprać.

Niestety cały pobyt oceniam bardzo negatywnie. Czystość, stan pokoi oraz poziom obsługi zdecydowanie wymagają poprawy.

Staff was very co-operative, breakfast was good, cleanliness was good... nice and comfortable beds, my family enjoyed the stay... all front desk ladies where jolly and hepful.

Pros:

Ruimte, indeling ( aparte woonkamer, balkon, eettafel, slaapkamer en badkamer) …top! Ontbijt biedt aantal opties ( best lekker) die je op avond van tevoren kunt aangeven. Prijs was bijna belachelijk voor het gebodene. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Lokatie net even wat verder van centrum. Er is een metro op 5 min lopen, of een Grab tussen de 100-150 thb naar centrum. Geen zwembad.

This room had very poor wifi. It was dropping out regularly sometimes every 2 to 5 minutes. In the evenings it was impossible to even make a selection of the wifi for the room
