Great stay
Pros:

The location was great, a subway station right on the street and a 2-3min walk to Koreatown so a lot of great food options. Only a 12 min walk to grand central. Every staff we met was super welcoming. Really really appreciated the happy bday banner and balloons set up in the room when we arrived even tho I didn’t take any birthday package. This was really special so thank you!
Clean room and bathroom although it was small, not that much space to walk around but the bed was huge and super comfy.
We definitely enjoyed our stay here and i tried a lot of NYC hotels as I used to go there for weekends when I was living in the US and this one is definitely on top of my list.

Cons:

Not the hotel fault as i had this issue in other hotels but if the room is street side you’ll definetely need some earplugs as it’s a city that never sleeps unless you’re a heavy sleeper + AC makes a little white noise (didnt bother me). I also wish there was more storage but I managed by moving things that were in the “closet” part. Lighting in the room could also be a little more bright

Good, but beware of the owner’s kids
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff.

Cons:

We had a room close to where I was informed the owner and his kids were staying. The entire stay the kids were very loud and disruptive. The first morning was especially bad because the kids were slamming doors, running and screaming nonstop. I called to front desk and they informed me this has been an ongoing issue for the entire two months the owner and kids were staying there. They sent someone to stop them, but because I could hear it so easily through the walls, we found out there were no adults present in the room the entire time this was occurring. Not the hotel’s fault, the team really did their best to handle the situation. It occurred every night and morning the 3 nights and 4 days we stayed. No change. They were loud till the day we checked out.

Emplacement très central pour visiter nord et sud de Manhattan

Cons:

Tout était ok malgré que l’hôtel soit dans un emplacement bruyant mais c’est le cas de tous les hôtels de midtown

Zimmer geschmackvoll und sehr sauber. Im EG super frisch gerösteter Kaffee

Cons:

Am Tag unsere Abreise wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass Midtown, also auch der Hotelzugang für den Verkehr wegen einer grossen Parade gesperrt ist. Wir hatten große Probleme den Flug zu erreichen.

Comfy, clean, and chic- perfect Ktown locale!
Pros:

So clean and incredibly comfy! Very chic cafe in the lobby. Staff was so helpful and kind! Huge shower and Beekman products, loved it!
