Fantastisk personale meget hjælpsomme især Licia var en stjerne. Vi har rejst meget i hele verden men har aldrig følt os så velkommen og set som af hende.
This is a small boutique hotel with beautiful, large rooms. It felt like maybe it was a studio apartment building before becoming a hotel. The service is the stand out. Staff are so pleasant and accommodating. Had a really great experience here!
Great location, helpful friendly staff, beautiful large room in a converted palace, good rooftop to view Naples ,good breakfast selection with Greek yoghurt and sfogetellia riccia
Excellent location in the old town. Big, comfortable room, super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great.
Trevlig personal. Okey rum men ligger i gamla delen av Napoli med svår tillgänlgighet med bla Taxi. Mycket folk och lite halv skitigt på gator mm.
A calm oasis in the bustling streets of Naples.
Gennaro at the desk is now one of my new favorite people in the whole world. he was so friendly, so accommodating, so kind, and always gave great recommendations. We were so impressed, he was basically running an entire hotel by himself most of our stay. The hotel was great, but it would not be half as great as it is without Gennaro.
I only wish there was a full bar on the rooftop, but I also understand why there isn't.
Staff were extraordinary, Marco in particular could not have been more helpful and friendly. He organised restaurant bookings, recommendations and taxis. The room (duplex) was very large and comfortable, beds were great. Even came with some basic gym equipment (yoga mat, balance ball, kettle bells) in the upper floor. Plenty of storage space for clothing. Large bathrooms, nice products in them to use as well. Location is central, right in the middle of the old town which is fully pedestrianised. Many bars and restaurants within 10 minute walk.
Shower in upstairs bedroom of duplex did not work properly but there was another bathroom downstairs which was fine.
Breakfast was great, IF you are there early. If you are near the end of the sitting the choice is limited.
It's a true Naples experience, a hidden courtyard so quiet and calm once inside. The staff are all welcoming and very helpful to attend to the luggage, breakfast, taxi, whatever you may need. High marks for Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel!
Amazing location and very helpful staff. When you WhatsApp, they immediately reply back.
The lift was a bit scary for me.
Wonderful location that is close to everything. We booked 2 executive rooms us and for the kids and it accommodated 4 boys easily (duplex)
Nothing at all
Perfect stay in the center of old Napoli! Close to everything, fabulous staff. Fantastic breakfast. Loved everything!
Good hotel in Naples with modern well-kept facilities and clean rooms.
The main issue is the service. Staff barely speak or understand English, which makes communication difficult and sometimes frustrating. On top of that, there’s very little real support or attention once you’re there.
Overall, good infrastructure but poor service experience, especially if you don’t speak Italian.
This hotel was all we could have asked for and more! Although a bit difficult to find because of the setup of the historic district and lack of a bigger sign (don’t change that btw. It’s part of the charm. It’s like a little secret) the concierge/reception attendant was so so helpful. She met us downstairs, helped us get our bags in, offered us a cool drink, and went out of her way at every turn to make sure we were comfortable. The sheets and beds were crisp and clean. They made sure we had enough towels for all four of us in our group. The provided breakfast was just over the top delicious and plentiful with so many choices. The ambiance and charm was top notch! 10/10 recommend. Can’t wait to visit again
Beautiful old building. Very spacious rooms with high ceilings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved sitting area on the roof top.
It’s located in between 2 squares so the taxis can’t park right outside but the kind staff were very helpful with carrying our luggage
