Good for what I paid.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room was great for what I paid and had most of what one could need for the night. Good location in the middle of Springwood.

Cons:

It is rather noisy as right next to train line and people up at all hours in communal kitchen. The food in the restaurant was average and parking on site very limited but luckily I found a car park near by to park overnight and next day as doing UTA race.

Pros:

The room had all the facilities you need coffee making facilities, hot water, comfy bed clean towel towels there was a pub downstairs which was very nice pub food which was very good

Cons:

They had a live band on it and you can hear it upstairs, but once I put earplugs on it wasn’t too bad

Pros:

I anticipated noise issues at night, but was agreeably surprised by how quiet the customers downstairs were.

Cons:

My spouse has mobility issues, so the climb up two flights of stairs from the parking was difficult for her - and indeed difficult when carrying suitcases even for me.

Exceptional value! Rooms are clean and comfortable, central location.
Pros:

Great value, clean and quiet despite being above a busy pub. Close to excellent food (hippy cafe for breakfast and the pasta/pizza place a few doors down from that).

Cons:

Nothing - for the price this is exceptional

Outstanding value for the money. Was a perfect Point for me to start from on my drive out to the country at 2am. Food in
Pros:

Price & the fact I had my own bathroom and parking. Plus the convenience of having the bistro downstairs

I was not at all happy with my accommodation.
Cons:

The mattress was very uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well. The kettle was not clean, and there was noise from the bar at night.

Was clean and close to everything

Cons:

Bed was a littoe uncomfortable, dips in the floor from kitchen to bed area which really is a tripping hazard and wasn't told there was a communal kitchen as wasn't anything in the room like cutlery until we realised there was a communal kitchen.
