Good location and food to enjoy Loja
Pros:

Very well-located spot. It is close to finance, market and commercial areas. I enjoyed a very spacious room, excellente service and breakfast. Person at front desk help me to get a box-lunch the day I leave very early for my job mission and also help me to get a taxi for a trip to the Eolic park.

Cons:

I didn't like the abruptly way to deliver the breakfast the last day. They changed location to serve breakfast to a nearby resto-hostal. Food was cold, tiny quantities and really bad coffee. It was considerably poor compared to the quantities and quality they gave the days before.

Le restaurant Dumas situé juste à côté et qui est délicieux. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien . Le personnel très aimable

Cons:

Ma chambre était situé sur une rue principale et il y avait du bruit. Pas assez de papier de toilette. J'ai réservé pour une nuit et finalement je suis resté une nuit supplémentaire. Mon conjoint est venu me rejoindre pour la 2e nuit. L'hôtel m'a dit que c'est pour cette raison qu'ils n'ont pas mis plus de papier....ils m'ont chargé le déjeuner de mon conjoint ....

Mejorar sistema para salir del parqueadero

La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación céntrica.

Cons:

El parqueado. Al ser subterráneo es muy peligroso al sacar el vehículo. Se debe salir en subida a una calle muy pequeña y transitada tanto por peatones y vehículos, es muy estresante y los transeúntes se molestaban si se pita para alertar que se va saliendo (para evitar algun atropellamiento). Sugiero se coloque una cámara externa y una pantalla interna para que el conductor tenga visibilidad dei momento en el que pueda salir con el vehículo.

Pros:

El trato del personal al cliente excelente. Habitaciones cómodas amplias. Y el desayuno tipo bufette variado y muy buena presentación y sabor.
