Pros:

Location was good. Bedroom and view were nice. Enough towels abd stuff.

Cons:

Bathroom needs work. Baseboard peeling way from wall. Bath insert creeks, bathroom door didn't close. Light switch by the door pertruding out of the wall. Would have been nice to know that deck extended to rest of rooms and dock so no privacy on marina view.

We had a lovely, virtually perfect stay. Breakfast was hot, delicious, and since it was included, an unexpected bargain.
Pros:

Lovely property. Beautiful location. Gorgeous views. Very convenient to everything in Gloucester. We enjoyed being a bit away from the center of activity. Great water pressure in the shower!

Cons:

A little noisy on the second floor. Could hear kids running around upstairs. If that would bother you, the third floor might be a better fit. Would try that next time. But we were so tired from our drive, it didn’t really bother our sleep. If stairs are an issue, keep in mind there is no elevator here.

Lovely spot to stay in and a comfortable place to sleep in.
Pros:

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant food was good. Clean and updated rooms.

Cons:

The indoor pool could use some updating. The hallways do not have AC. It was unusually hot!
The price per night was high.

We loved everything about the hotel except the stairway, which got scarier as the trip went on.
Pros:

I loved the front desk staff - couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

Cons:

The stairs up to our room. Those should be replaced- they are old, fabric is fraying - just scary any time I climbed it.

Pros:

Nice location. Nice staff. Good food at the restaurant. Easy parking.

Cons:

My room overlooked a rickety dock and side of the restaurant. I couldn't comfortably open my curtains to just relax. Had really no view.

Beautiful
Pros:

Perfect location! Easy to walk downtown and stage fort park. Even though it was under renovation, our room was perfect and we had a great anniversary celebration together.
