Pleasant stay with very friendly staff
Pros:

room was small but comfortable. Location was excellent. Breakfast was limited.

Cons:

More cereal options or muffins for breakfast, didn't need the meats which were available

Fabulous hotel and staff
Pros:

Great location. Hotel is spotless and tastefully decorated. Staff are very nice and attentive. Nice touch with free coffee all day and 1 can per day. Also upon checking out I received a bag with various snacks and drinks. Excellent hotel. Highly recommend.

Excellent, will be returning.
Pros:

The staff are excellent and always happy to help. The rooms are incredibly clean and the AC is a lifesaver. The free coffee machine is a wonderful edition and the location of the hotel is perfect for travelling into the main areas but also is nice and quiet for resting. Staff gave a goody bag to takeaway which was such a beautiful touch to the end of my stays

Cons:

Only downside was there was no hook in my bathroom to hang towels

Best hotel in The ‘Dam!
Pros:

Mr Jordaan Hotel in the Jordaan district is wonderful. Set right on a canal in the heart of a beautiful, calm, trendy area it was perfect for me and my daughter. The hotel is clean, cool and very friendly. It provided all that we needed for our weekend trip away. The room was ideal for us with twin beds a lovely shower! Included was a daily free, cold drink from the communal area and as much tea, coffee and sweets as you wanted! It was extremely reasonably priced too, way lower than other hotels I looked at and even better purely due to its location. We will 100% be returning!

Very nice Hotel & Area
Pros:

Immaculate, quiet and lovely area. Note, however, we stayed on the 5th flr. The elevator leaves you on the 4th flr and you climb 2 small stair cases to reach your room. Problem is that the threads on the 2nd stair case are very narrow and steep, therefore making it slightly dangerous to go down. This could be a accident waiting to happen. Mgmt. should definitely look into that and consider a fix. Latina housekeepers are the sweetest and very accommodating. Breakfast is very nice although check, not sure if it's included in every rate. O....there should be a phone in every room to reach the front desk if needed. Mgmt. should consider that as well.

Wonderful hotel in Amsterdam
Pros:

We loved this hotel. The staff delivered great guest service from registration to check out. The room was spacious for European standards, very comfortable and clean. The location was terrific. The hotel's decor was fun and very welcoming. Without a doubt, we will stay here again.
